I did 20 years ago. Don't know if you still can. Back then all you had to do was get blood work and you could get a testosterone script too. Actually, I did it with a phone call. Internet wasn't as prevalent back then. Both were then shipped to me. Had to be a US physician for the test though, but there are always rubber stamp Dr's somewhere.
