With the plethora of tv shows out there about people breaking the law. With shows like Amish Mafia, Outlaw Bikers, Moonshiners, Street Outlaws and on and on. I'm just left wondering y someone would put their business out there like that and what did they expect to gain by doing it. Is it just vanity, r they developmentally handicapped? It goes against the outlaw code of flying under radar. I just don't get it.

The real humor isn't so much the shows, but the people that emulate them. I've seen so many duck dynasty beards and more little bike clubs pop up in the last couple years it stopped being funny. There are so many people selling mason jars of what they're calling moonshine for $20 a jar
People get so caught up in their reality shows they try to become them.
Corey was a fat pos in the first 2 years of the show. Had 0 neck. Lost like 150 lbs and is still a fat bastard. Bing their personal trainer would b a sweet deal. Not many pawn shops in the country could offer 600k for Jimmy Hendrix guitar.

Pawn stars is prob mostly real. The tv show has really increased their rep and vegas makes a cheap vacation. Plus, one episode of the show can span weeks of real time and they only focus on 4-5 things per episode. Its also probably one of a handful of pawnshops in the country with super long money and the abilty to give a fair deal on just about anything that comes through their doors.
Do some searches on Pawn Stars, they close down the shop for every episode. Also they are being investigated and sued for buying stolen goods and hiding the evidence. They had money before the show and now they are just swimming in it. I would love to be their personal trainer though, Fat bastards never visited a gym in their life although chumlee lost a hell of a lot of weight.
I never believed it to all b real, like most tv, its mostly bs. That bing said I still don't get y u'd call attention to ur illegal enterprize. Like the one bout the irish mob in Boston, the one guy was talking about specific sport teams and gambling when the producer told him he couldn't. I'd say a small part of it is real and the lawyers for the shows walk a thin line on what they can and can't show.

Lol, I just watched the devils ride. It helps if you tell yourself it's a parody of sons of anarchy. When I look at it like it's not real to begin with, I can find some enjoyment in them. I mean honestly the pres of absolutely no 1% club is gonna put their face on TV and say I run a 1% club.

Yeah, pretty much all that BS is scripted hollywood garbage.. I don't watch much TV... I find it boring and frankly it pisses me off. In all honest I watch cartoons... mostly the adult stuff... Venture bros, Regular show, south park... anything else, I rather read or listen.

That's why I like pawn stars. It's scummier like the pawn shops I'm used to, broken tvs and super nes as far as the eye can see. However it's also fake as hell, with all the people getting thrown out.
I highly doubt if the entirety of their show is scripted. Somethings they bring In; I'm sure they sent an email in advance or something, but the guest and their junk.. highly doubt it... could be wrong though; who knows.
