I need to rant a bit, I was scheduled for overtime work today and got called into office and they sent me home, however still have my job. The reason was for going to my car to get food and eating too much at work, also too many trips to the bathroom because Im downing so much water throughout the day. Supervisor said he understands that I do this for my weightlifting but told me it has to stop, I can only eat and take a piss on breaks now. I know things could be worse, I still have my job and what not, but I am 4 weeks into my cycle and really pissed off today. Fuck it Im going to the gym!

I run a lab solo. I just fucking eat my food on a table 10 feet from my work area lol. I haven't had anybody tell me what to do in almost 7 years. I think I'd lose my fucking mind.
That is the perfect work situation, Im in a lumber mill stacking wood all day with 2 out of shape supervisors breathing down my neck, but hey it pays the bills, Im really not qualified for doing anything else except lifting, maybe I can be a mover if they fire me, haha

I always let them know a head of time also, I hate the first couple weeks at a new job because when its time to eat, I eat no matter what. First couple weeks is make or break on that shit, I will say goodbye to my job before I say good by to bodybuilding. Life is too Damn short to not live it my way.

It is illegal to tell you you cant use the bathroom. what if you had medical issues.
Yeah, maybe I should get a doctors note saying i must consume a minimum gallon of water during work hours lol
NicoTheFrenchdam bro sorry to hear that..what i started doing and couple years ago is letting the interviewer know that i bodybuild which means, i dont take a 30 min lunch instead i take 3 10 min lunches but the good part about this is i bring my food from home, so theres no need for me to leave, are u fine with this??? and as far as the bathroom goes thats really fucked up id be like i gotta piss MOFO!!!
That is a great idea about the three 10 minute lunches, I might mention that when the smoke clears, Im pretty much screwed for the bathroom breaks.
They can't deny you the right to go to the bathroom!
