OK look.....you don't hire anyone for ANY job unless you train them properly. In some cases it can make them look stupid.....in other cases it could get them fired for too many mistakes.......and in extreme cases, it could mean injury or even DEATH.

Now as a former MOD, I can tell you one of the most important assets you can have is the ability to keep cool, even when being insulted. On the other hand, you have to know when enough is enough, and ban the FUCK out of someone.
So what we are going to do here is start insulting them both....see how much they can take.....see if they lose their cool and try to ban us. Leave their mothers and children out of it, insult the fuck out of their pets.

AnonHere's a lil tip mama girl. A lot of the initial training is all about scoping out the review section. Looking for incomplete reviews. Non reviews. Fake reviews. You'll be able to scan a review page and see some similarities in certain reviews. Low karma members with little to no post history. The composition of the reviews will similarly resemble other reviews on that page. The vernacular is similar. Short sentences. Paragraph breaks grammar errors. All of those things will after a while jump off the page at you. Trust your gut and investigate it. Most of the time its a Src shill making fake reviews to boost scores. Sometimes it's coming from the Src themselves. Push that up to the higher ups.
Same can be said for our regular permabans. They might as well keep their handles the same they're that obvious. Never show your cards so always push it up to the higher ups.
Always stay true to who you are. Always do what is asked of you. Always do what's right.
Honor/Service/Selflessness. That's the hardest part of being a Mod.
