NSA Spying program
ad
Frankly I am discussed that America, land of the "free" has turned into such a Orwellian utopia. We should all be up in arms about this NSA spying scandal but yet again nothing will be done and it will be swept under the rug just like everything else. They might as well burn the constitution. What is it going to take to wake the people up and demand action. We need to hold these people responsable for their unconstitutional actions.
If you feel like I do please go to the link below and tell your representatives.

AnonHows this for giving over info willingly.
About 4 or 5 years ago I took my son to an open house day at the local firehouse. You know to see all the big red fire trucks . Well at this event they had a booth set up where you go and get your child fingerprinted in case they ever got abducted . Ofcourse they said they destroy the records when the child turns 18, but do you believe that ?
Parents were lined up around the corner to get their kids finger printed !
and their dogs microchipped next we'll be microchipped like the dogs...
Anonall in the name of "safety" right ? Heck thats why they get onstar right ? Because it makes them "ssssafer" "
funny thing is I never felt more unsafe til after they implemented all the b.s. after 9/11...which btw I do not buy that story either but it served it's purpose quite well....ppl should pay close attention to the movie Hunger Games bec that is our future reality..
So you mean in the future I will get to see you running around in your bra and panties killing the enemy with a bow and arrows?! PLEASE FUTURE COME QUICKLY !!!!:P
YES!! im gonna "F' some shit up!!! think I got these biceps and bad ass attitude for nothing!! Hell you're a navy seal so i'm gonna stand right beside you ;'0
Well if you fight beside me my Navy Seal powers might be stunted due to the distractions! I mean come on we are not elite!!
so i'm like kryptonite lol
you make my knees weak when I am near you:)
AnonThis has been going on for decades. America has never been land of the free. It's the land of the less blatantly oppressed.
But hey I'm loving this season of the Voice!! Go Swon Brothers!
Anon100 % ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
The way I see it is that they save everything. They being corporate america, banks, and government.
There is too much information for them to process. But they save everything.
As technology advances, and the Government seeks access and control to all data. It will be possible to know everything about you. As soon as you pop up on their radar they will be able to dig up everything about you.
Sad part is, the bulk of the info we hand over freely under the guise of cost savings, and convenience.
Your store memberships show them what you eat and buy,
your ATM or Credit Card adds Location, Travel,
Google searches inform them of your interests, plans, politics etc.
facebook Blogs, posts, etc., your family, friends, and affiliations.
Tax returns, school records, employment history, organizational and club memberships.
And this is before they even need a subpoena to access phone, text, Banking and medical records,
And forget about the gun control argument... has anyone tried to buy ammo lately?
What ammo?!
BigBmajCongress said they finally put a stop to the dept of homeland security buying all that ammo. They said they could finish the current orders. Why would they care? It's just a big joke. It was apparently only 250 million rounds.
AnonAgreed on that. In fact that was my point when I mentioned smart phones and ez pass . These are all things that people would whine " I just cant live without " , and yet they have the ignorance to complain they are being spyed on. All the info is and has always been there, 99 % of it given to " them" by the individual him self.
Whats your point on ammo ? I tried buying some ammo 4 years ago and had trouble, before there was even a whiff of any new gun legislation . Gun store owner said " I dont know but this guy (Obama) has been the best thing for business in years.
http://www.cnsnews.com/blog/gregory-gwyn-williams-jr/ammo-manufacturers-...
Proves how easilly a market can be manipulated by fear or propoganda produced from the likes of certain national gun er uh rifle associations. The Government doesnt need to do a damn thing .
that's exactly what they depend on. "there's no need to take control of a thing if it can be sufficiently influenced to do your bidding..."
The point about the ammo was that they don't need to change gun laws to effectively get the same result. Kind of like nabbing a mobster for tax evasion. So too other rights could be curtailed without congressional approval.
AnonWell yes thats true, but what is the recent shortage of ammo due to ? Production of ammo hasnt gone down. Seems like hype is the only thing creating the scarcity.
I agree it's probably because of hype... But it did give me pause (in the light of current affairs) how easy it would be to circumvent our rights or the law.
AnonYou are right, and my point is how easy indeed when we already do more than half the work for them ;)
You and I are on the same page where that is concerned.
BigBmajApparently this site has it's text scanned for words and advertisers accordingly. Someone mentions opiates and rehab comes up, weight gain - cb1.
It's sad that everywhere we go our text is being scanned.
Anon. I remember being told about 20 years ago that our phone convos were too, and specific words we might use could target us for a closer look. So like if your convo had the words "bomb" and "Hillary" he claimed that would cause a closer look.
Either they are building one hell of a case against me, or they just dont give a shit because the amount of questionable shit Ive said and done over the years could fill a library.
As far as this site, yes its very funny how the adds often match any recent convo. In fact I remember after some very funny joking around with a buddy that I started getting pop up adds on the site for a gay dating site. LOLOL Ive been outed !! Either that or they thought I was close to conversion ;)
BigBmajWhere do I move? I know people who are looking into property in Chile. You can get a lot for 20-$40,000 if you happen to have any cash. It costs about 100 K to build a very nice house there. People suggest living in warmer climates away from the coast. CO2 levels are nearing 300 PPM and icecaps are melting much faster than expected. Cooler climates and the coast are going to be hit the hardest. Probably a good idea to cash in 401K considering it will most likely be worthless in a few years. Now would be the time to move before they make it impossible. The problem is that they won't let you out of the country with any valuables, like precious metals.
I'm considering the big bounce.
Thailand is actually the place to go...
AnonIts a big world out there , a lot of interesting options. Im not quite ready for that but we have discussed it. Not as much to save our selves or find something better, but because I feel it may simply be very enriching to my children to be exposed to other cultures. Unfortunately it takes a bit of money usually. I remember getting an "expression of interest" form from New Zealand . You had to have a fairly large bank account to move there, either that or some very unique skills you could offer.
AnonReading a story regarding julian assange and how he thinks google is working with the US government in storing any and all info.in mass data bases on anyone who has ever used it..do you remember what you where doing/thinking 3 years ago?apparently google does-scary world we live in lucky i dribble shit 99.9% of the time!
They've been doing it before and they'll keep doing it. I laughed hard when mark suckerberg posted that fb never shared any info and never will..lmao seriously? Why does FB wanna know my location every second or why it uploads my contacts off my phone w.o my consent? Every big corporation is on it guys, no surprise here
It's very simple. It's called "The frog in the kettle", and it's a perfect analogy to describe how this whole fiasco may be a small injustice, but it is in no way an insignificant one. It goes like this.:
.
If you place a frog into a pot of boiling water, it will leap out right away to escape the danger. However, if you place it in a pot of cool, comfortable water, and gradually bring it to a boil, the frog will not become aware of the threat before it's too late.
.
This little story won't change peoples minds on whether or not they think the government is doing some shady stuff, obviously. However, I do think it will give them the subconscious power of smelling government Bull. So that whenever that something finally clicks in their brains, they'll say to themselves "Holy bleep this water IS getting hot."
BigBmajIf you had mentioned people getting DNA tested at arrest, NSA bullshit, cameras everywhere, the Patriot Act, etc... 15 years ago people would think we were talking about a science fiction movie. But these days its like "they have to do that stuff to make sure we are safe". As long as a few Boston episodes happen ever so often people are willing to get their cheeks swabbed and email read no problem.
x2
Bingo brother....
ppl have have become like sheeple....they know everything about cake boss, the kardashians etc but nothing about what is going on all around them....when u try to enlighten ppl which i do i get labeled as a conspiracy theorist....i've tried to wake ppl up about chemtrails aka geo engineering; when the proof is right above them every god damn day in the sky and the still refuse to believe it....the entire planet is being sprayed with heavy metals on a daily basis and very few americans have asked why? ppl are so fucking dumbed down its unbelievable....but then again thats the way the powers that be want it! oh yah and the whistleblower who broke this info wide open; as if we really didnt know already, is gonna be charged with treason thats what the NSA wants...
BigBmajIt's called Coor's light and cable TV.
You had me at " fucking dumbed down" ;)
lmao! seriously if you could only hear how i burst out laughing! still laughing....lol omg yr funny!
AnonYeah yeah what a bunch of bullshit indeed. People love to cry about their privacy but I see no one chimed to to condemn smart phones, gps, ezpass, onstar etc etc. You all want all the perks with none of the costs.
And oh what bullshit, talk about spin, you guys all say this like its something new. The only thing different is the available technology. Dont you fucking kid your selves, you'd love to pretend its all big bad Obamers fault, oh yeah nothing like this ever happened before him. Oh and by the way theres been a radio network in the US for as long as I remember and its dedicated to spinning bullshit , its called 770 AM .
No one wants this corporate media, no one wants Government media, yet I'll bet not one of you whiners donated one dime to public radio or public TV. Oh yeah I forgot, even though its public its all infiltrated by the liberals and Obamas minions.
Nov is dead on with " smart phones, gps, ezpass, onstar etc"! Also I must have missed a big part where The President was getting blamed for this...because I will say with certainty the NSA has and for a long time operates without presidential oversight. So if someone is blaming liberals, conservatives or whatever your political knowledge is inaccurate.
What worries me is I missed the part where people were blaming the politicians lol.
AnonOh and by the nature of the thread its self, they are blaming the government are they not ? and since the Government is filled with politicians, ipso facto
This is like one of those no win religious discussions lol. The truth is people would piss and moan if terrorist got through again and people will piss and moan if under National Security we lose privacy. So the moral is there will always be pissing and moaning lol. Everything has a give and take I know people don't want to here that but it is true, we were pissed at the CIA for 911 now we are pissed at the NSA & CIA & DOD because under the Patriot Act there is more government ability to listen in and stop terrorism and for the fun it listen to some of these sick bastards doing phone sex with animals in third world countries. What are you going to do?
AnonIts more the attitude that these things they are complaining about are new and recent changes.
Oh hahaha! Yeah this is not new and for what ever anyone thinks they do know through youtube, or the media is nothing compared to what certain agencies are able to do without restraints.
BigBmajAll Obama would have to say is that I'm a terror threat and I could be disappeared tomorrow. They don't even need to tell my family, have a warrant, nada, just poof.
I'm sure I have triggered many key words with my last few statements. But I'm sick of being quiet.
Someone said something about safe browsing around here the other day. Is that even a reality? Or just something people do to feel secure. I doubt there is really a such thing as a secure email account or IP diverter.
BigBmajThe thing about phones is.... If we had ever talked about doing mass microchipping of humans we would have all flipped out. But if you sell them to us and make them so convenient you can't stand to live without one then you got a deal. GPS, email, web browsing, photos, its all right there. Anyone can know my exact location, my every thought and action at any time of the day.
I just had to download Fuck the Police by NWA. I'm feeling a little rebellion building.
AnonAh dont get me to comfy now, I might start to think theres a rational portion of this thread
BigBmajStep out of line the man come and take you away.
What gets me is the lackadaisical attitude the general population and press has about ALL the things going on.
If this was reported outside of our country, you'd think we were in the USSR, Syria, Iran, or Venezuela.
" lackadaisical attitude" There is the secret ingredient that makes it all so easy! Some here won't remember but I know you will look at the vigilance of the press during The Watergate scandal. And now rhetoric.
Yea, its the new USSA (United Soviet States Of America)
