Why do I have negative karma. I've left a good review haven't started shit in the forums. I don't understand any advise how to get on the right side of the community?

You're not on the wrong side of the community I don't think. That takes a lot of time. Karma looks fine to me bro.
There are so many forums on different topics. If you have knowledge on any of these topics, please comment - that's a way to increase your karma. Also, if you are making really good progress in the gym, share some pictures - another way to get karma.

You probably had a comment on an SI page flagged for inappropriate content. If you can't remember take it to the mods if it's that important to you.

No, I haven't deleted anything. I've only left 1 comment that wasn't positive so to speak. I wasn't negative I asked for advise. I didn't name a supplier but I said I sent the money 9 days ago and haven't gotten a response. All other post were positive.
It was a topic with the title " E-mail".
