Nasty Zits on back how we love them?

Since being on trt, i get these nasty zits on my back and chest. Sure make it fun to take off shirt when swimming. Also the wife cleans me up with apricot scrub, noxeman helps a little bit.
Share some of your advice on how to combat this issue.

try salt water.. it kills the bacteria without drying out your skin and creating a vicious cycle
God I'm glad I don't get this. Kinda wish I did so I could help. But then again... fuck that. Sorry bro. But you'd be surprised what extra top notch hygiene and cutting out some shit foods can do.
LOL so ture brother. I guess showering 3 times a week is not cutting it, hahaha.
Same issue here, finished my cycle with no sides at all and I am about to finish up my pct and my back and chest are riddled in acne. I am gonna look for that soap that was mentioned below because this acne is getting out of control.
I"ve tried everything under the sun and finally came across a product over the counter called Pan Oxl. It's just bar soap but it works wonders. Also apply any zit creams with benzoyl peroxide at 10%. That is just what has worked for me.

I like your suggestion about chlorine pool, salt water but you forgot ladies in tiny bikinis.
Going to try some pan oxyl what Hulkman1 suggested.
