From the upcoming week I got a week off from work after a long time, so I am about to sit and watch and do absolutely nothing! Whats a good film of series worth watching, Netflix, prime, Disney..

Power is on Starz and Mayor of Kingstown is Paramount+. If you got prime you can access those channels through prime either get the free trial and binge out series and then cancel or you still get super discount through prime

There’s many gangster series. People say the sopranos then they say narcos.
Gomorrah ( 5 seasons ) absolutely is in a league of its own. Italian mafioso clans. It’s encapsulates raw story telling and character development. Watch it with English subtitles mate. Realism.
Ganglands ( 2 seasons ) another raw Gritty experience. French. Once again watch With subs. Voice overs are irritating.
The Europeans do crime dramas way better than the US.
Gomorrah used to be on Netflix I think…… I watched it on my flixer site
I loved Gomorrah. The mob isn’t as flashy in Italy. Felt like I was watching the Wire in Italy. My Italian isn’t as good as it was when I was younger, so the last season was a little tough because they didn’t translate yet at the time I watched it.

If you like peaky mate you’ll LOVE board walk empire. It’s set in the same era in Atlantic City. The later seasons they cross reference each other and Al Capone is in it. Although he’s not the main character he has a good showing. The two shows are very similar in tone. And Board walk is based on many real life characters with some fictional.
