+ 5 Mods
It seems that there are some ppl here who think that some mods (at least me) are on a power trip and do things just because we can! Some think that they are being picked on. Some think that we do a shitty job apparently. So I'll say something and then I have a question for you all. First, if you pop up on a mods radar, you must be doing something wrong. We have way too much work to do cleaning up this site to worry about one person who may piss us off. I personally fly off the handle periodically. Shit I'm still human. But overall, Every mod here is fair with everyone. And anyone who says different I'd like you to speak up NOW! I have some friends here but that never interferes with my job. I am not in this position to make friends. Shit, the other day someone said "what happened to you Nitti? You turned into Hollywood!" LOL! So some people don't like me around here. I must be doing something right then huh? So my question , does ANYONE have a problem with the way me or any other MOD operates? If so let's air it out. Speak up in front of the community.

This thread is for the people who think we do a poor job or abuse our powers! I want to hear it and I want an explanation and example. How about if I just start banning people instead. I promise that if it were Noid, Viking or bodybuilder, they wouldn't give two fucks what you had to say. They'd just beat your karma down or put you on time out. I'm giving you a chance at open dialogue. Take it!!
Second thing is, many people have different upbringing and they don't understand the basic rules of proper courtesy, humility, and grit. Many of today's youth have a sense of entitlement where they think the world owes them a lifestyle. My daughter is one of them. More on this later.
Hey Nitti, I am a noob, and I've read through a few altercations and from the ones I've seen, you have always been on the right side of the issue. I'm not kissing ass for karma. So do what your gut tells you to do man. So far it has served you well.

i have to say nitti personally help me with some account issues these guys are here to help this website and keep it going as smoothly as possible and at the same time keep the integrity of the whole purpose if the site in check. so for that thank you mods!!
It seems like we go through way to often. Here's the thing we need mods if not this sight would be out of control !!! We all need to be safe we also need good reviews being a Mod isn't easy ! Try policing all the sources and members !! I'm very suprized they keep up ! However most of are mods have a since of humor ! Mods just keep up the great work !! Yes mods also take care of mods ! We have been through plenty of mods also ! Thank you for keeping us safe and not getting

Hey NItti why are you paying attention to the naysayers. If you think you're doing the best job possible then why are you listening to people who don't fully understand what your job entails. Mods clearly work hard to keep the site running smoothly and every mods actions, which i've seen to date, have been justifiable and reasonable. Aint nothing to worry about.
