It seems that there are some ppl here who think that some mods (at least me) are on a power trip and do things just because we can! Some think that they are being picked on. Some think that we do a shitty job apparently. So I'll say something and then I have a question for you all. First, if you pop up on a mods radar, you must be doing something wrong. We have way too much work to do cleaning up this site to worry about one person who may piss us off. I personally fly off the handle periodically. Shit I'm still human. But overall, Every mod here is fair with everyone. And anyone who says different I'd like you to speak up NOW! I have some friends here but that never interferes with my job. I am not in this position to make friends. Shit, the other day someone said "what happened to you Nitti? You turned into Hollywood!" LOL! So some people don't like me around here. I must be doing something right then huh? So my question , does ANYONE have a problem with the way me or any other MOD operates? If so let's air it out. Speak up in front of the community.

If you have something to say to one of the mods by all means do so, I know I have. In the times that I have done so however I did it in a respectful way and out of the eyes of the public. People just need to think before they run their mouths in front of everybody.

the only time a MOD contacts you and tell's your out of line, THEN YOU ARE WAY OUT OF LINE. Mods on this site are so laid back and chill. You really have to do some dumb shit to piss them off. As well as the fact that if it was not for the MODS who help run and maintain this site. IT WOULD NOT EXIST PEOPLE. So anyone who has a problem with the MODS needs to fuck off and in my opinion does not even deserve to be allowed on the site. Also they have the site setup so you can read rules and regulations. Also if you have a question about a forum topic you would like to post for example but are not sure if you can say something on a topic or name a certain source or something of that sort, just PM a MOD and tell them what you are trying to post and they will tell you how to go about it correctly. Plus it saves them time from having to edit your post which YOU did incorrectly anyway. Perfect example of this and it is funny because i just so happened to go to NITTI with it, which is why i am expressing how pissed i am about this topic. I asked him if i could post a source's name and the topic would be. Has anyone experienced any PIP from this sources test cyp. He explained how to do it and was beyond helpful. SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE ARE TALKING SHIT. It is not a MODS Fault that you are just to fucking lazy to either read the rules of the site or take the time to PM a MOD if you don't know if you can do something or not.
Sorry to go so crazy but i needed to express myself. Also because it is Nitti and he is always so helpful anytime i ask him for advice on anything.
I like a good rant every now and then. The issue here stems from a particular group of ppl who tend to believe I pick on them when they are only on my radar because of the numerous complaints about them. I offered up a solution and did so with diplomacy. On the surface it was accepted with a smile and in the shadows it was "Mod on a power trip" and "Only does shit because he can". That shit GOT my attention! So this thread was yet another offer at diplomacy. Lets talk it out. Tell me where you feel iv'e been unjust and I'll explain why there is a method to my madness. This site is for the members. Moderators only purpose is to police the site and keep it clean. Although it is the members site, at the end of the day, when it comes to the integrity of eroids we are the End all be all. Anyone who wants to get into a dick swinging contest is going to lose.

Reminds me of my childhood.... When I was a kid my dad used to make me work on his yard every weekend. He would tell me each time exactly what he wanted me to take care of before hand. After I would start he would come out periodically and completely change sh-t up on me. Most of the time his new orders were completely ridiculous and made no sense. It used to drive me NUTS. Typically resulting in screaming matches. One day I even flipped my lid and mowed FUK on the front lawn. It wasn't until years later that I realized why he was being so "ridiculous". He was trying to teach me a valuable lesson. It's not your job to ask "why" when your boss gives you an order, its your job to follow it.

GearofWarHey Nitti, I personally like all the Mods here because A) I try to be respectful and keep a low profile. B) They keep the idiots in check. And C) They protect us from scammers, fraud, bunk gear, and ultimately LE. I for one like the policies that BFG has set forth, and I respect the guys that carry out those policies. The policies keep us all safe. They keep sources (mostly) honest too.
I would appreciate it if you would quit sending me the pm's about how sexy you imagine me to be. I dont care how many times you ask, there will be no sword fight.
