Making gains , my ideals.

Alot of people often try to find the "perfect" routine to make gains, well I think it is just a matter of how much you want to improve. I have been forcing myself to outdo my last workout no matter what it takes, even if it is the last I will do for that day. What are your opinions on this?

Anabolicsupreme...Keep training hard but dont overtrain and hurt yourself to where you can train for a few weeks and you will grown. Diet is key though man. Sooo important.
