Lost all motivation...

ad

Lately I can't seem to get with it. Last June I moved Damn near across the country to start a new job and since then I haven't been able to get and motivation to stick with diet or exercise... I do good for a week tops and then I piss it all away. I'm not sure what it is, I have plenty of time even with the new job so that isn't the issue. I'm horribly out of shape and it seems like where I was at the end of my last cycle will never return.. I have my next cycle planned and trust me I won't start until I'm back in it and truly ready, but even with it sitting in front of me it's not helping. Any tips or advice? This is a cry for help to the beasts of eroids...I don't want to be that guy you all stare at in the gym like. ..." wtf bro? go drink a gallon of tren and eat a chicken breast.." lol.

Sup man, some of the brother's below gave some top advice. Go for the bloods if you want to cancel out anything physical being a contributing factor, but I think it could be more of a psychological.

When you get stuck in that whirl, it's quite difficult to get back on track, positive thinking is key.

Try to take care of your diet, remind yourself why you started, and repeat your goals out loud every time you feel defeated. Remember, every step in the right direction, no matter how small you think it may be, gets you closer and closer to your end goal.

Best of luck brother, I hope you soon find the motivation you need.

We all have ups and downs but what I do is just keep going. A shitty workout is still a workout. Eventually you snap out of it and go on a tear for another few weeks before it all starts over again. As far as diet, again, you keep getting back on the wagon every time you fall off and eventually you won't fall very often.

Take a hard long look in the mirror and if you arent where you want to be then make it happen, we cant say anything to motivate someone who isnt motivated

Sounds like depression yes. Get bloods and even if they come back at normal levels it might mean that perhaps it is just a psychological depression perhaps. Do you wake up too early in the morning?

Great advice! Seek out inspirational people. All it takes is one person to shift your focus in the right place. It helps if they've been in your shoes and have overcame the trial of self-defeat. If you want something bad enough in life,,you will be willing to make the sacrifices needed to drop things that slow you down. If you can find the drive without roids then it was never meant to be.

Good advice as well.
