I haven't been on eroids in what seems like forever. The Marine Corps finally gave me some time off, so I figured I would stop by and see how everyone's doing. Man, some of you guys and gals are puttin in some fuckin work. I come back and some of you got even more fucking swole. Well I just wanted to say keep up the gains because DAMN I'm jelous as a MFer right now. Wish I could be back in the gym. Anyways congrats ladies and gentlemen,
