Whether it is or isn't him I do not believe there shouldn't be accusations without evidence. And even more so I am 1000% against ripping on someone once they are gone or have been banned. If we don't like someone we should deal with them directly without rallying support or starting a lynching!

I don't know about the drama that's been going on lately, but no matter what I don't think it's right for you or anyone else to try and reveal his true identity. Besides for anyone who gave a rat's ass it would be ridiculously easy to find out, so you shouldn't feel like you're some kind of genius sharing your wealth of knowledge.
