I use rubber inner tubes... like inside a car tire. I take a car tire.. cut a piece about
the width of my hand.. and about 10 inches long..cut 2-3 holes for my fingers...and put my fingers
thru the holes.. works WAY better then the gloves.. lasts for ever and I get a better grip
on the bar.

im a label whore, i wear nike gloves and it looks cool a shit on me. I dnt care if anyones tlking behind my back at the gym, to me that just means their too chicken shit to tell me to my face. And as soon as i leave the gym i go to bath and body works to get country melon lotion (its for dry skin I swear) and candles so i can soak in a nice candle lit bath. Actually the ol lady gets all that shit and runs my bath for me and hand washes me. she likes me fresh and clean. not to mention she will bring me my dinner while im in the tub and feed me. this is all 100% true. I dnt know where i found this girl at but i be damned if ima let her go

I just tape up my wrists and use chalk. The calluses tearing are a bitch, but they remind me that I'm a man. Padding is for periods.

I use them for DB chest day because I have the gloves that Nike makes that really help my wrists out. I like to feel the weight though so the gloves usually end up in my pocket...shocked I haven't lost them yet.

EEEHHHH, are you Midwest, 24hr? That was me dude... I wear work gloves occasionally, when my pussy hurts; Also went to Bed bath&beyond and got a nice jasmine scented bath oil, and berry flavored candles for my post workout:)J/K. But seriously every once in a while, my hands hurt, so I'll wear gloves, and I have actually worn leather work gloves because they are the only ones that I have. That being said, I have a home gym, so it wasn't me that you saw... Thank GOD~~~

baths are good for you.. if you soak in epsom salts you replenish the magnesium in your system and that helps you body process ALL of that test and other shit your injecting your self with get processed properly... It is also excellent for your joints and connective tissue.. that and if you bathe once in a while you won't stink so bad..

I don't wear gloves in the gym because I don't mind having calous, but I do carry a pair of gloves with lead knuckles in my gym bag for when I do security. God help the poor soul who sets my roid rage over the edge and makes me pull those out

Haha man I used to workout with this old black dude that wore gardening type gloves and swore by them lol. I personally only use gloves when I do shruggs, it tears up my ring finger. I'd take my wedding ring off but Ive already lost one that way. I prefer powerlifting straps

Cant train without them i get very bad blisters. Also can lift a lot more with gloves as long as they are proper ones. Golds gym gel adjustable ones rule been using them for 4 years or so. If anyone knows any gel grip durable pair of gloves please give me a shout
