Hey folks, feels like a long time since I posted in the forums so here I am with a fresh slice and hopefully a little perspective for you beautiful bastids!
Eroids Politics and generally fuckery.
I Can't be the only one who has noticed a far greater level of negativity and unrest floating around lately, especially carried over from the end of last year. 2014 saw us lose some familiar faces legends and mortals alike, a few unwelcome rogue members failed to sneak back in, our friendly neighbourhood sponge caught a case, Mods hit overdive cleaning up the mess we left in our wake, The EBC really turned shit up taking it to a new level and we all bought a metric shit ton of gear........
......But latley some folks egos seem out of control running wild, the account hijacking was a damn shame, sources are being attacked with a bunch of shit, mods names been dragged through the mud, the promo addicts are still fiending, an overall lack of respect and I can't help but ask DOES ANYONE HAVE A VIKING WE CAN BORROW?!. F***!! :/
Things will straighten out ofcourse one way or another but let's not forgot how valuable a tight community can be. I see so many people STILL bitching about karma (FFS) but put nothing into the site, relax!! and however small you feel your contribution may be it doesn't matter just keep doing your bit. The mods can't be expected to pull every f****r up by the boots, it's not what there here for.
Final dose of positivity yo 
At the very end of the day, no matter if you class yourself a bodybuilder (that reminds me Anyone seen BB? lol), an athlete, fighter, TrT, bikini model or whatever the f*** it may be we are all pushing in the same direction to better ourselves. Next time you start the gossip s*** or faced with a negative muh f**** take a step back and look at the bigger picture and remind yourself exactly what you stand for and engage brain before going full auto on the keyboard ;) im out yo ;P

always try and remain positive no matter what, and you will see life changes its karma be good and positive and life will be good and positive back to you, beeng a nay sayer and doing stupid shit is going to make life miserable and misfortunate. some folks should think more about actual traning and diet in real life instead of mouthing off behind the keyboard, talk is cheap!! get in the gym work youre ass off, eat, eat, eat and then eat, be positive in every aspect of life and you will see big ass changes in youre life, gotta thank all my brothers on eroids over these years for teaching me discipline and to keep going no matter what, keep on pushing throu the iron!!!
RustyhookerJust dumped 1000 karma. My only goal here is helping folks not repeat errors. There wasn't much for info back then. And what we did find became our bibles. The info on this site has been a great eye opener. It's good to see folks share and help. That's why this place is the best.

It's definitely a strange one when it comes to karma. I do believe it ultimately comes down to the persons true character however. E.g If points under a tag can inflate their ego in such a negative way to the point their acting the asshole, I'd say they were always an asshole.
In the two years now I have been here the site has been in constant flux. We have had times when the mood has been light and jovial , we have had times where it has been dark. It kind of feels dark again as of late.
I truly hope Viking returns at some point and I believe he will. We are all addicted to this place, he may be immortal to many of us but he is mostly human. Anyway, good post brother.

I'd definitely like to see Vike return. He has been a pillar of knowledge, and busted his ass whipping things into shape around here. He's definitely earned any break he's taking.
Overall the level of concern for member safely is at an all time high and the policy's and protocols we go about before giving advice is being upheld by basically everyone. So that's a good thing. I think were doing alright I'm regards of how we act towards each other considering everyone on this site is on steroids. There could be a lot more fighting and shit going on. Trolls haven't been around much lately so that's good. What I want is some real gurus to come out of the woodwork and school us. I feel like I missed eroids in it's prime when there was tons and tons of guys with serious amounts of experience and knowledge all contributing on a regular basis. But it's all good. Were the new bread. There's plenty of guys on here with tons of knowledge for all of us to reach our goals and do it as safely as possible. And will all continue to use and experiment and maybe some day will have the amount of knowledge and experience some of those serious guys from back in the day had and will be able to share all that with whoever comes to eroids in need of help.
Where is Viking?? I just thought he was taking a break for Christmas.

I figured he had something pressing....with that bulk cycle we were putting together for him.....i am sure he will do well....i would love to see him compete....much respect for him and his family....

From my perspective, I see things flowing smoothly. There is always a level of chaos when people are involved, and there will always be some dumb ass trying to manipulate a system for personal advancement. Looking back a year ago to today, the general consensus for safety and members stepping up on that front has improved. I had to take a personal break for awhile. I was still here watching, but didn't have much to say. From what I see, the chaos has much abated. The atmosphere seems to be more positive, and when somebody slips, members are stepping up. It allows the powers that be time to find the greater issues like the hacked accounts, as there isn't as much hand holding going on in the forums.
Just a different perspective.
