+ 9 Shiny Labels and Double Standards
First off I include myself in this portrayal of double standards and I'm almost certain the majority of the community have at some point too.
I'm talking about those beautiful shiny multi assorted gear pics we all love and rain karma on (rest assure this is not another direct post about karma). "Bro da fuq you bitching about now?" Well, I think we do a shit hot job right across the board of preaching the eroids mantra on responsible and safe gear use, bar a few habitual co-signers :/ but that seems to go out the window at times when it comes to gear pics...
Lets take a classic eroids throw back for an example, Lazy Larry. Larry has obviously zero cycle history, no stats up, questionable forum posts, etc etc but decides today he's hitting the cycle logs to show the world his newly created and first cycle with Tren/deca/drol. Of course the guys in the trenches see this and immediately fingers are on triggers ready to commence flaming if Larry ignores all their warnings and help to steer him away from danger. Rightly so
Rewind two months or more, Larry has been posting amazing gear pics of his Tren and all the other goodies he has acquired. Sure enough there is Monk and others in his pics dropping karma, praising for a great order and amazing pics bro etc etc.
My Question to you beautiful creatures of eroids (Yes BIRDBEAR you are beautiful as well in your own special way
) should the community have a more parallel view on 'inexperienced/no stats guys' posting insane multi compound gear pics as we share with 'inexperienced/no stats' peeps posting insane multi compound cycles?
There is a great chance I'm rambling on about completely trivial shit that requires zero thought or action lol (I have certain tendencies) but at the same time, perhaps just a little thought as to who you are telling to "enjoy" the 10 Tren /10 deca vials stacked like little shiny soldiers might be a good idea?

Gear pics are where a larger % of buddy bumping goes on. IMO members already get a point for posting - that should be all they get... Now progress pics, that's an area where a bump should/would be acceptable
My .02
I agree and also the one point for posting a gear pic has been gone now for quite awhile.
Isn't this also susceptible to the buddy bumping system though? I also have a more technical question... Would it be possible to create a ranked system for pics? IE. You get one point for gear pics, and another X amount of thumbs up/likes/whatever the fuck you call it gives one point. You could also use a different ratio for other types.
I cannot that answer that bro. Only one dude knows what the website is capable of doing.
Feel free to pass it along to the big guy
Just trying to help is all
It would be neat if our profile stats showed right up in our posts or beside our avatar but I am also sure it is complicated to do so otherwise it would already be done.
Karma whores.
I liked karma cuz it used to come with a pic upload. Kinda like the more pics the more legit.
Of course thats redicules
however I do love getting a fresh batch of whatyamacallit and salivating at my little gear castle I pit together just for you eroids.
This is the first I'm seeing of this post, and as I scanned through it I couldn't help but think of some of other pics that get undeserved karma...
What I'm referring to is some guys jerking off and giving karma to females who post a pic of her double rear biceps starting off at 0 karma and within days, and without any knowledge of aas, has an ADV tag. You gotta be kidding me? ....see what I did there...
That was never proven......I'm not admitting to anything.
Well Jimmie, women are pretty scarce around here, so we do go out of our way to make them welcome.
Making them feel welcome is one thing, making some members think that someone, who's been on this site for a couple of weeks and has no experience or knowledge off aas, has a wealth of knowledge with their high karma and adv or exp tag is a whole other thing.
Meanwhile, someone gave me a thumbs up here but my karma doesn't change. That must mean I got negged somewhere else. Maybe I should post a pic of my wife's butthole.
your preaching to the quire bro. too much like a popularity contest. than you end up with people preaching things they themselves do not do , their knowledge doesn't reflect their popularity or aas experience just how to work a karma and show their ass. than in the mean time their are women on here whos physiques do the talking and they don't use anabolics to get rid of baby bumps , help their sex life , or to "tone" up they use them because they are fucking athletes , but they don't get the exposure because they don't flaunt themselves around. the karma system is flawed and it is getting fixed from what I hear around the camp fire.
Bump, brilliant post and ever the more relative.
Hmmm, well I guess you have a point. I normally give a karma point if I find it interesting enough to click on. I'm not an expert in mens steroids... yet ;)
Male or female it doesn't matter. Would you +1 a gear pic or show encouragement on a pic of say 10 packs of var, knowing full well the op was an 18 year old girl just because you found the pic interesting enough to click on?
I don't normally check a person's profile page, I will now. But if it's a gear picture without a plan of use I don't think its fair to judge. I posted a gear pic with tren in it, I'm not running tren. My husband might someday, but it came with my promo order so I posted it. KWIM?
Not suggesting for one minute we judge someone and instantly flame them just for a gear pic, alls I'm saying is perhaps a quick cross reference would reveal some immediate alarm bells.
Yeah, I will be checking now. I never thought of it before, funny how that works.
Hahaha
"King Kong ain't got shit on ME"
Pussy negged?
Edit: fixed ;)
Sorry fella, that was me bumbling my way through the comments.
Great point you put across. Gear pics is a relatively lawless area of eroids although when the taboo pics rear their ugly head people are quick to point them in the right direction.
What?? My own peoples taking me out with a phantom neg? Lol :/
All good man ;)
I've said this for a long time...I'll we some guy post in the forum about tren who's 22 and then hell have karma so I check how he got karma and its a gear pick with 5 bottles of tren A and dude even has stats in profile showing yes 22...if Its big boy compounds I always check stats before +1
most of the karma i give out in pic section is for crazy transformations. gear pics dont get much from me unless its something new. and we have had some amazing transformation pictures in the past few months
Great post! +1 I really hope this gets people thinking differently about this issue.
I have always made it a habit to really look at what is in the picture and who is posting it. I rarely give a +1 to tren, thyroid meds, clen, and especially dnp and or slin. The only times I do give Karma to tren or the like, is if I know the OP and their experience. I just don't feel like I should promote things that can be dangerous, especially if I don't know if they will be used judiciously. I also think that cross-referencing and doing some research should be standard procedure for those able to give karma and especially before giving advice.
Great way to look at it mate. I also think I might employ a "No stats, no Karma policy" no matter the post or pic.
Like I said above, I'm guilty at times of being to quick to "+1 enjoy bro" without doing a bit of digging first.
I love this post, because it gets us thinking about what a +1 means in certain situations. I try to spend part of my time on eroids going through gear, self shots, mass specs, and blood pics and trying to give +1's. I think people should be "rewarded" for posting up, because it helps everyone here on eroids when they do. It's easy to just throw a +1 up without really looking at things. I think I started not giving Karma for certain things was when I started realizing how many Tren pics there were. It seemed like 70%+ off all pics were of tren. This scared me. There is no way that all these folks posting up tren should be using it.
Mr KfizzlePoint taken, I'm on board! +2
The majority time your totally right about this. 99% of the time they intend on running everything they bought. But then you have guys like me who have gotten crappy gear before. So when someone says to me ya man this is the best tren a I've ran out of 5 sources I've tried, I'm gonna buy it even tho I don't plan on using it for a year or to. I want to have the best of the best. After finding out 8 weeks into my cycle my test is underdosed and essentially is just a trt dose and I shut myself down for nothing I've decided to do things differently. When something's hot, and I think I might use it at some point in time I'll grab some. Shit I have gear that I honestly won't even use. I have enogh test p e c for the next 3 years and enogh dbol and var to last the next 5 years. I hope it last that long lol. But I never wanted to go through that again with bunk gear so if it's hot I'll buy it. But you're right, most of the time by the time that pictures up they have already pinned that shit. Not everyone has patience like me.
Catalyst is spot on with his comment.... cross reference!.... i would say do as the MODS do and cross reference EVERYTHING from poxy gear pics and every other post you feel the need to engage.... IF the OPs standards are lacking in any way shape form then put him on BLAST and hold back back from karma gifts until everything you need to see is upto par.
Start to cross reference.... you will be head fucked at some of your findings!!
When you start doing this it's shocking what you find. Makes you realise how many people say stuff like "thanks bro, I'm gonna do that test only cycle" then f me they just go and run tren etc like they were initially intending anyway. I caught a lot ad the other day in this scenario then told him he's in no shape to be on anything other than a strict diet. Didn't like it, but at least he won't be wasting people's time anymore. After a few pm's to and fro, he seemed to get the point and agreed to pct and diet before any more gear.
The more experienced guys and girls should be doing this as a matter of course. Only so much mod time available.
RustyhookerI used to make comments when the gear was above dudes heads. Get flamed by newbs who love their pix. Karma for pix has several members we ith ADV tags yet they couldnt figure their first cycle out. It May get more "mean adv/exp" comments from newbs.. I like your idea but tough love might be getting less
Also keep in mind if you have someone buying their shit in groups of 10 or large supply, it might not all be for themselves. Others also like to have a good stash.... But yeah I agree with ya bro. Tons of new guys who think they need to "stack".
I hear you man. Nothing I said is meant to be full proof, just planting the seed so maybe next time for example a quick stat check might unfold a 19 yr old posting pics of major compounds and what not.
First, great post, I just brought u over 300 remember me in your will . . .
I never even thought about this - I don't look at pics much ever is why. You are 100% on target with this. The guys with no experience posting all these gear pics. Like Catalyst says we all need to spend a little time over there looking at the stats and forum posts etc. of the folks posting pics of massive amounts of gear.
Thanks bro.
Thanks man, appreciated
Your already in my will though, your in line to inherit most of Will Smith collection, it's the hardcore shit you can put on full blast to push for that killer pump ;)
Happens all the time. People need to cross reference, check their forum posts etc before commenting. Maybe unrealistic though to expect others to flag it up when they'd need to do all the legwork.
Good point and well made +2
Thanks pal! yeah you can't expect everyone to hit major recon mode on every pic that pops up but like you say, a little cross reference now again might be well worth while, especially if something seems a little off.
X2
Would love to see it but I won't hold my breath. All I can say is if all you vets play your part in this. All you can worry about is how you post. You'd be surprised at just how much influence you have over other members.
