I do something similar to this when I'm cutting if I have time.. keeps the metabolism going through out the day and yeah if you have the time to eat and rest like bigbmaj says I wouldn't doubt at all you'd see good growth from this
I was just in a situation where I had opportunity to do that sort of thing. I did sets every time I ate, every 3 hours. I'm convinced that it's all dependent on the food you take in and the rest you get. I would eat, lift, eat, then nap. With no anabolics - no way to even get anything inside.
It worked awesome. I focused mostly on chest and I made a big difference in 14 days training that way.
Something like 750 push-ups split through the day all revolving around meal time and naps. It made the chest grow. But I had access to huge amounts of food which was key.
It was an experiment in over training and I came out thinking - if you can eat enough and rest enough, becoming over trained is quite difficult.
Well they way he described it was.. after every set you take a protein shake little protein and sugar so like one scoop 16 shakes i never heard of this
Its say every half hour you do another another lift but in his description he has 16 sets skullcrushers then curls.. then db tricep extension to hammer curls.. but you can do all if this in 4 hours with 4 sets..
They say you can grow 3/4 to an inch on your biceps and it helps with gains.. i watched one guys video on this workout Mr.California.. And im confused on how to do his.workout and.it last 8 hours..

BigBmajJust eat food bro lots of it. Usually carbs with protein is best for those times. But I didn't notice that fat had a negative impact on growth.
But I have a crazy metabolism.
BigB, welcome back my ninja!
BigBmajHey thanks bro.
What is a good food to eat that is high in carbs??
