Im an exercise science and physiology major, this question came up recently in class. Supposedly, according to the professor, the protein will degrade to a minimal degree if you mix the shake ahead of time but not enough to worry about. However we were speaking of maybe 2 or 3 hours ahead of time not 2 days. It may degrade further in that amount of time but not much more since you freeze the shake instead of refrigerating it.
yeah bro I freeze mine to, I'll wake up early and make a huge batch of them, take what I need and throw the rest in the freezer for later in the week
blackmktgood advice. guys and girls. thank u. i wasn't sure if the protein gets dissolved and breaks down or whatever. but others do freeze them and makes me feel more comfortable. thumbs up to everyone.
AnonI ve kept mine in the fridge... sometimes I just get a bit carried away and make too much.. I re-blend them though all the oatmeal seems to settle on the bottom...
It's fine man just make sure if milk is involved to kind of defrost the drink a bit. All you have to do is stick it in the micro for 20-35 sec amd ur gtg. I do it all the time.

should be okay buddy.
tread-mIt would be, I used to make up many in kerr jars and take the amount I needed each day in my cooler. If just making 2 or 3 days worth why not just fridge..
