Crazy wasn't it - first time it hit £2 a litre I thought I had pulled up to an actual Diesel pump by mistake. Thing that pisses me off nowadays is every time I got to the supermarket something I buy regularly goes up. Remember when Lucozade was £1 per litre and now its £1.50 for 900ml?!
It's reasonable, if you consider the minimum wage difference!!

Unfortunately mate I spend more time fighting my own personal war with getting older than setting new PR's these days lol Just as I get into a great groove and the numbers begin to go up something will tweak in a rotator cuff or hamstring (generally tendons) then things will drop again. For instance last year I was doing well in bench again - then I go and get a hamstring tear in deads and of course this then killed bench because I could no longer get leg drive and any back arch anymore, so there's two months of going backwards again lol Just had a bit of a rear delt issue to which of course unsettles the whole shoulder girdle too! Big reason also is I just don't like blasting heavy gear anymore like tren and adrol, as you know these help tremendously with getting stronger. Unless of course you are John Haack who only needs 300mg Test and 1 Adrol per week LMAO

Bud I would give anything to be back in my 20's again with the knowledge I have now, imagine that with the recovery ability you have at that age. Back in my 20's you simply couldn't get gear unless you were connected to someone though, not at all like it is now.
I see that in my work, I work in a company witch it imports frozen fish shrimps etc in conteiners, each container is 25 tons separated in 20 kg boxes I do that with other 2 guys aged 23 and 26, for at least 4 times a week, even though I am on cruise I do get sore the day after lol, those little fuckers don't sleep well they party and they are fresh next morning, miss those days sure!!

Iv run a couple of months back test tren masteron very low, not the doses I used before 300 MG each and var on top of it as a cut recomp, went well, my latest was test deca var again with npp kick again lnot the doses I've used in the past.. Now I am on 175 test and 225 npp for past injuries. Feel great atm!! No I haven't tried anything else buddy!!
