SO I REMEMBER A WHILE BACK WHEN I WAS ON CYCLE I WAS DOIN SOME TEST E AND MAST E ANYWAYS LONG STORY SHORT I PUT PIN IN LEFT ASS CHEEK AND WAS BORED DOIN IT SO I STARTED TO THINK OF FUNNY STUFF THAT ME AND MY FRIENDS SID AND DID IN THE PAST AND I KEPT GIGGLING AND MOVING THE PIN AROUND IT ALMOST CAME OUT I WAS SO SORE FROM THE SHOT BUT COULDNT HELP IT.
HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE?
WHATEVER YOU DO DONT THINK OF SOMETHING FUNNY WHILE YOUR PINNING AND DO NOT LAUGH OR GIGGLE ;)

tread-mA few weeks ago I had finsih a delt workout and due to pin delts that day and said fuggit even though delts were swole outta control, muscle spasm just as I started to roll the oil shot the pin out of my arm and hand to the floor..yeah I laughed!
The same goes for working out. Someone does or says something funny I automatically hit failure on bench
