1jakd_hipyFirst of all fasting is a terrible idea, doing on the regular causes your body to retain fat. What's his BF%? I can already tell you he's not allowing his body enough time to recover with that workout plan. A lot of the time when lifting less is more. Your central nervous system needs time to recover even if your muscles feel like they have
agreed. Don't do a morning fast. Drink a cold gatorade upon wakening, then go for a run. You want to fuel your body with readily available carbs in order for you to reach fat oxidation levels quicker. If your body is in a fast, it tells your body: hold onto fat because it has more energy than carbohydrates do. They do however have an inverse relationship. Once Carbs are being used to start your workout, they slowly dwindle off and the fat is replaced as the main energy supplier. Interval running is also good to stimulate this action. Hope this helps.
