ad
Lately my favorite exercise have been incline flys and reverse grip t bar rows. I couldn't tell you why. I seem to go through phases. I thought this forum would be a great way to discover some exercises I may be over looking.

Whatever exercise I'm currently peaking in Lol One minute deadlifts can feel like the best exercise in the world - I love the massive stretch in the traps as its going up! Then when the bast**d won't even budge an inch off the ground it becomes my least favourite lift overnight...
I'm fond of ALL the Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Equipment,,the leg press and shoulder press are amongst my favorites.
Weighted belt dips.cant beat the pump and it's great way to get triceps to failure at end of arm day
Hex-bar deadlift
Chest- Incline Bench
Legs-Squats
Back-T-bar row
Hard to pick just one.
AnonTry CT Fletchers tricep gauntlet. Might be my new favorite. It hurts so good
decline barbell pullover
Sleep
Definitely my favorite, but I don’t get to use it enough!
Seated Iso Lateral shoulder presses are my 2nd fave
Seated Iso Lateral leg presses
Hand stand pushups on boxes.
AnonPreacher curls and skull crushers
Naked Twister
3rd leg green always tripped me up...
LMAO!
That can be dangerous hahahaha
Definitely not nimble enough for that...
Exactly lol thats y i said that shit can be dangerous hahaha i be afraid of slipping a hip or something hahaha
That and my wife won't let me play with any of her friends... No fair!
Lmfao!!!! jeez that is no fair darn wives anyways hahaha
RustyhookerTriceps pushdowns. Dropsets til ya cant move. Just feels oddly good
Wanking.
Make sure to alternate hands, or the symmetry will be thrown off.
Also best done after sitting on the hand to make it go numb
backonroidsThe good old stranger in the bath haha
hahaha yup!!
Shock the muscles by causing numb nerves to fire uncontrollably... You may be onto something here.
Rep range differs depending on intensity, of course!
Trap bar deadlifts, with a shrug for 1 sec pause at end each rep grueling exercise to finish off back day!
Big Murph likes those trap bars.
MYOPHILIACHack squats.
My all time favorite is pull-ups.... the Marine Corps instilled that in me lol.... I still do push ups & pull ups regularly no matter what routine I’m doing at the time.
i struggled with pullups for along time because my grip strength couldnt keep up with my fat ass lol so i went and bought one of those door pull ups bars and i put in my kitchen to liv room door way and every time i would pass thru i would do 2 to 5 explosive pullups and now i can do pullups alot easier than i used to and it has definatly made my back and grip alot stronger
I definitely agree. I do 50 pull ups everyday
I do the same. Nothing builds the back better imo.
Seated row.
Flat Bench
backonroidsI doubt he's been overlooking the flat bench mate .
nautilus pullover machine but I haven't seen one in about 20 years.
I have one in my garage. I prefer a heavy dumbbell. I have 12 prices of 1st and 2nd generation Nautilus. My favorites are the neck and shoulder and 70 degree shoulder.
Behind the neck press. Old school exercise.
I've built great delts using this exercise over the years
backonroidsSingle arm machine press (chest ) I've only just started doing this but really like them
I have an old Nautilus decline. I'll give them a try.
With out a doubt my favourite is the bench press with the singles. I love pushing out a heavy weight with great form, contracting and squeezing the muscles.
As for new lifts have you tried Arnold press? It kills off shoulders.
The bench is one I've always done. I'm not s big fan of the Arnold press.
Kegels. Definitely Kegels.
I'll have to google that one.
For the Mrs. right? Im sure you dont need to do them yourself?! lol
