Well friends it’s that time of the year again and spring is upon us. The gym is packing out w/hunnies getting ready for the beach & the fair-weather lifters. It’s a pain in the ass having the extra traffic when I’m in zone and ready to beast out, but the abundance of new T & A is always nice. Into week 3 of my cycle…size is up, weight is up, veins are poppin’, and people are staring like WTF?!?? I love this time of year.

My gym is male only, with all the testosterone running around it's probably for the best.
The weather in England sucks, its freezing and snowing everywhere, the good thing is those seasonal pumpers have not come out of there hibernation.
Yeah, it's not the traffic that bothers me, I enjoy the sweaty female eye candy. It's the morbidly obese guy who can't seem to make up his mind what station he wants to be at. When he does find something he wants to do , he sits on it for 20 min and breathes heavily looking around. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but if you are going to go to a public gym, have a plan, and execute. And have some fucking manners, learn some gym etiquette.
No1Yep my gym is also getting infested but by mostly teens who dont even know how to lift
