I know they piss test and don’t usually blood test, but has anyone had experience with questioning AAS usage during the polygraph test? Is that a standard procedure for employment? I'm assuming it wouldn't come up unless they suspected usage....

As an officer myself, I can tell you that our department requires that you be on gear. We don't want anyone on our force who can't beat some SERIOUS ass.
Of course, any time we beat some ass, it's also department policy that the "suspect" be handcuffed and hogtied---we don't want our officers exposed to any risk of a lucky punch.
StevebIf you're trying to be a police officer and you take a polygraph test, they will say you answered wrong "No matter what you said". The point of the polygraph is to see how well you do under pressure, so just stick to your story and try not to be nervous. They don't test for steroids so just say you never did them(Ronnie Coleman is a cop LOL). Make sure you say no to ALL hard drugs. They don't care if you smoked weed a long time ago.
I will be the 1st to tell ya if you stay calm and consitant with your answers you will be good! And I should know....
They poly tested my buddy with questions on coke...heroine...weed. The typical narcotics. Ronny Coleman was a cop....
Yeah I knew Big Ron was...heard Branch was as well. Once you're in they look the other way if you keep your shit together I'm sure. I always laughed when I saw Big Ron in the uniform cause it was so blatantly obvious.
Looked funny like...dude buy some clothes that fit. Lol.
