Just been watchin one of Haacks latest uploads, he's benching 220kg x 3 (poor for him actually) on 120mg TRT per week - How in the hell do people like him do this?? How is his anabolic level even high enough to sustain the protein anabolism required to produce that kind of strength? Its not even like he's a naturally huge guy or anything.
Personally I don’t think it’s possible really, but I suppose over time his tendons and ligaments strengthened enough to sustain it possibly? 120mg is going to put anyone at natty levels. Yes it’s bad for him, but there is a certain point where that can’t be sustained anabolism (as you said) in a natural realm, which such a dose would put him. 485 is just not gonna happen for long, I’m not calling him a liar but if he keeps that up his trt is sprinkled with something else or at least higher than 120
