+ 3 What is your Reta dosage? Do you really need to increase it overtime?
ad
Wondering what everyone’s Reta dosage is (weekly) and does it stop working if you don’t increase your dosage overtime?
Say you work your way up to 3mg EW, can you still continue to reap benefits at this dosage or does it plateau?

I started reta 6+ months ago. First glp I was on a month before starting reta was a tirz/sema mix. That totally shut off any food noise. Helped sooo much shutting that off and enabled me to focus on my progress and put me in that zone/box.
So reta I started at 2mg since I was already rolling a glp1/2. Bumped it up every week or 2. Never had the skin sensitivity until I did 14mg. Backed it down weekly to 6-8mg and have left it there. I still get some food noise but Im pretty sure that the hgh contributes to that. I tried the split dose but decided to bring it back to once a week. Works great for me. I was also al.ost pre diabetic fatass and now thi gs are back to normal luckily.
2 mg and I use it strictly for the insulin sensitivity.
After 8 weeks at .5mg I just moved to .75mg and I love it. I struggle to eat but I get my diet in and that’s IT. No hunger dude. Hyper responder to Reta. So much I had to push through 3 weeks of shots daily for 3-4 days every week lol
I’m overly cautious so I started at just .5mg to test for any side effects I may be prone to. I increased to 1mg then 2mg for about 4-6 weeks. I’m currently on 4mg a week with twice a week injections to maintain satiety.
Just be careful to not dose too high too quickly, give your body time to get used to it and build up in your system. It’s a slow acting thing and you’re not really going to “feel it” until you’re at least a couple days in and trying to eat.
4mg seems to be the optimal dose for weight-loss and money. I’d always recommend doing the minimum dose that allows you to lose weight efficiently and safely of course. If you’re having a good time at 2mg, stay there. I personally have lost about 23lbs in a couple months.
I personally haven’t noticed diminished effects from keeping at a steady dosage but just check how your body feels over time as it could be highly personable.
If you have any questions I’d be happy to try and answer any!
I’ve got a Reta vial coming to test. Will start low as I seem to respond to peptides well.
I did Tirz for 4 months (started at 1mg and ended at 2mg) lost 40+ Ibs. My only issue with Tirz was losing some muscle mass due to the appetite suppression.
Let me know how it goes, 40lbs is amazing for 4 months. Reta I think will help with muscle if anything due to increase in insulin sensitivity. Plus unless ran high you’ll be able to eat (from what I’ve seen) but it does shut off food noise to a degree
I pin 4mg/week sun/wed. Still requires some self control. Doesn't shut the appetite off 100%. It definitely works though. I've been on the same dose for about 4 months. I pin and forget about it. Much better than tirz or semaglutide cause youre not nauseous all the time.
Yeah, super happy with the results. Hated having a dad bod! I’ll probably end up running the Reta in the spring when I want to cut. I’m working on bulking up after the Tirz.
Good luck with the Reta! Can’t wait to hear about your results.
Moving up to 4.5mg Monday from 4mg 3x a week pin. Have skin sensitivity/aches but other than that nothing terrible besides mild integration on big meals. Down 30lbs of pure fat in 14 weeks.
Wow that’s quick!
Yeah, reta is the ultimate tool imo. I’m planning on staying on it for the foreseeable future and just playing around dosages depending on what blast I am doing.
The goal here was to cut as much excess fat off as possible during my cruise, so cardio EOD via 30-40 min 3.5 mile jog + big caloric deficit.
Started at 2mg for a week, 3mg for a couple weeks, 4mg I had skin sensitivity for a solid month and stayed there, now I have been at 8mg for about 2 month. Lost 33 pounds of fat and my appetite is shot at 8mg. Currently going back down to 4mg for my next blast to have mild appetite suppression and the continues fat burning benefits. I always pinned 2x a week. Reta changed my life. I used to binge and have zero self control when sweets were around. Now the wife and kids can have whatever food they want in the house and it doesn't phase me on bit. When I titrated up too quickly from 6mg to 8mg, I had insane stomach pains, diarrhea and vomiting, up and night and had to call outta work, ha! So for future reference, I'll live at each dose for 4-6 weeks to avoid that misery again. Super high sugar, fat, processed meals, destroy me at the high doses, so I avoid those like the plague even though I don't really even crave them anyhow. Nice and slow does the trick.
I had the same binge eating issues, particularly with fast food. After starting Reta I’ve been completely indifferent to fast food and often times not craving it. I’ve been craving more greens and whole foods instead of processed junk.
Purely anecdotal but I’m curious if this is a common experience
Oh it's common for me, I get sick even thinking about eating junk food. I actually ate some high chews and they are all sugar and felt sick afterwards. Reta also made me lose my desire to drink coffee in the mornings.
Thanks for detailed response. Can you explain what the skin sensitivity entails?
Haha same man, I got skin sensitivity at 4mg and man was it fucking annoying.
What kind of skin sensitivity
It felt like I had a mild sunburn. Showers felt irritating, my shirt rubbing on my back felt irritating, sitting against a chair felt irritating. Not very painful by any means, just annoying.
Zero nausea for me though, which I'm grateful for.
For me it almost felt like when you're cold and getting goose bumps.. like a slight tingling/sensitivity. It's more noticeable with tight pants lol.
Interesting
Feels like an annoying mild sunburn all over your body. It's not the worst.
Lol such a random side to have
I had only a vial of Reta and ran 2mg a week. It nuked my hunger, I felt slightly sick for a couple weeks and struggled to eat enough protein. I lost like 10 lbs in a couple few weeks and after 5 weeks lost about 15. I got the slightest skin tingling but nothing major. I swapped to tirz cause that's what I had and didn't notice much, I definitely lost weight but I had to titrate all the way up to 8mg a week to get much and the past couple weeks I have felt ravenous lol. Switching back to Reta starting today. Pinned 1mg and already noticing the slight skin sensitivity. I wanted to cut about 5 pounds more fat and I'm hoping the Reta makes that easier.
Thank you for your feedback. I’ve noticed a lot of people prefer Reta
Running 7mg/week Reta (daily pin) with 5mg/week Tirz (daily pin). Don’t judge … I was built to eat like a damn machine. Not even Adrol, Sdrol, and Halo stacked together could kill this appetite LMAO (Tirz and Reta are the only ones that actually can).
Plan is to taper Tirz by winter and just sit on 1mg/day Reta. Makes sense since I’ll need to crank food back up then. Tirz really does its job shutting hunger down, but long-term I don’t want it holding me back when it’s time to grow.
Dosing’s a personal thing … some guys run the same number for a year and it keeps working, others need to tweak it as they go. I just adjust when my body tells me.
It seems Tirz does better appetite suppression but Reta manages to lose more fat while not shutting down appetite as much. Very interesting. Thank you for your response
I'm running same dosage 7mg EOD pins- do you get tingly sensation on your skin? That's my only negative side effect
Didn’t really get any major skin sensitivity myself … maybe a mild feel on the forearm, but it fades quick and I barely notice it now. I’ve heard some guys report it, but since I switched to microdosing, no sides at all. Back when I was doing just one big weekly shot I’d get constipation, but now it’s only positives with Reta and Tirz.
Been on Reta for 6 months. Skin sensitivity started around month 3 when I went up in dosage to 4-5mg per week. I’m currently using 8-9mg per week and I notice skin sensitivity still but it’s very tolerable.
So I started once a week at about 200mcg. It worked for the first few days and kind of wore off. I went to 2x a week. Now I’m doing M/W/F and I feel great!
200mcg? The starting dose in clinical trials has been 2mg
My bad, I meant mg not mcg. I was using 2mg once a week and didn’t really notice much change. I did that for about 4 weeks. Then I decided to break it up and increase to 3mg. Only the first week on 3 but already notice more appetite suppression. I can still eat my meals but I’m not craving more food.
Ah that makes sense. Yeah appetite suppression seems to fade after a month or 2 for most people
I'm on 1mg a week. High bf%, Aggressive cut. Down 20lbs in 6 weeks. I'm in my 7th week now and while I do feel like the appetite control might be lessening in terms of feeling hungry more often, I still get really full, really fast so it's still easy for me to keep my calories really low.
Wow that’s sick progress on only 1mg
Well my total stack is 1mg reta a week, 250mg tesofensine a day, 500mg week of test e and roughly 1200 calorie deficit. But that deficit would definitely not be possible without the retatrutide. Some days I really didn't want to eat almost at all and the deficit was closer to 1500.
Hell yea bro. Killing it
I started at 2mg and am now at 3mg a week and have been the last 4 months and I lost over 40lbs. I am actually stopping after this week because I am now too skinny but will bulk my next cycle so hopefully it's all muscle.
Do you think the Reta kept working throughout or did you cut up mostly from other factors. Also thanks for your feedback
For me I Know it was Reta that worked and yes the whole time. I never used sem or Tirz and I always had a hard time getting the fat off especially around my waste. I would change my diet and I would hit the gym and I would get stronger but the fat would still be there. I did a cycle of gear a year and a half ago and yeah I gained muscle but I didn't really lose fat and I for sure would want to eat all the time and have cravings.
When I started Reta after the first week, I lost the food noise I actually had to force myself to eat and some days I even forgot to eat until later at night. One weird side effect I had was I lost the desire to drink coffee in the mornings. Since I started Reta until now, I am the leanest I have ever been my entire life. My muscles actually show definition and I basically can see a six pack coming in. I have never had a six pack my entire life and I am 42 yrs old. I am now constantly getting compliments from people strangers and friends about how good I look. A few strangers in the gym even asked me about my workout routine, I of course did not tell them I was on Reta or use gear here and there but diet and exercise is key. I do go to the gym basically every day so that also helps but Reta for sure works in the background and melts the actual fat off.
Happy to hear it worked so well for you! Seems to work well for the majority
Iv been on reta for 4 months now started on 2mg and now I'm on 7mg
Minimal appetite suppression on anything less than 6mg for me but 6+ at the moment I start to get tingly skin
Definitely have to increase dose over time
Oh shit ur the guy that exposed crypto roids lol ur an eroids hero
Thank you for feedback. I’ve heard people not getting much appetite suppression in general and burning fat, must be other mechanisms at play being a gl-3
Yeah I genuinely think the glucagon makes a good amount of different in losing fat- I was on tirzepatide for 2 months before reta and the appetite suppression on that was so much more potent on just 2.5mg starting dose
I’ve heard. I’m assuming you like Reta more despite less appetite suppression? I’m wondering if it’s overkill to stack em
Yeah man reta is amazing for what it's done for my visceral fat (according to my body fat scales anyway)
My blood work has been best it's ever been on reta and my blood pressure is consistently 115/75 ish with zero blood pressure meds on blast
It has raised my rhr up to about 80/85 but that's probably helping my metabolism to burn more fat and I don't get heart palpitations or anything like I do on clen
Tirzepatide is good but reta is on its own level.
Before I bumped my reta dosage from 2-4mg I did try stacking it with 250mcg cagrillintide for extra appetite suppression and that was horrible made me feel sick at the thought of food so only lasted 1 week then dropped the cagri and upped the reta
Reta got the health benefits too. If that’s your BP on a blast, holy shit. Nice
Thank you for feedback!!!
No worries bro good luck if you try it
