What's ur diet and gear stack looking like?
Diet: 5500 calories I work in the trades so I’m on feet all day pretty much so activity is very high then I go lift after work in the afternoon
The stack is something I know works for me very well 800 test 800 primo 7IU GH 50mg of anavar pre workout on leg days (twice a week)
I’m currently 210 as of this morning I’m honestly considering pushing up to 230 ish. I’m in pretty good body composition right now for a bulk so I’m just riding this shit out bro. Eat work lift eat more sleep repeat I love the process
