I didn't really complain about the guys and their manicures and blonde tips. And when they started wearing their girlfriends yoga pants, I couldn't do anything but look the other way and just be greatful fir my masculinity. But why the hell are people weight training with elevation masks. It's going too far. I can almost understand an endurance athlete, but these guys are just lifting. I keep waiting for them to start singing the rocky horror picture show soundtrack.

I've seen guys in my gym training with them on. If your an endurance athlete there could be a definite use for them.

It's pointless to use that mask the only way to see result's is to live in high altitude for 6+months so yea they are bullshitting trying to look cool I can't stand those gym "try hard" people

PallMallYou can pick an oxygen tank and nasal applicator tubes up at a medical supply store. Just get a wheelie cart and crank it on between sets.
They could at least make one that looks like a dearth Vader mask.

That's what it reminded me of. Maybe it's just a Halloween thing. I've seen about 5 different guys using them in the last couple months. It must be something in the creatine.
They have to work.. After all they say they will get you ripped, jacked and f'ing huge on the label!! lol
