Cops & seizure letter

ad

So bad situation kind of has me worried.. got a seizure letter for a very small amount of powder I ordered the other day. Got it from my mailbox and put it in my car, now my car has been stolen..

I had another car stolen not long ago and they searched the car prior to returning it to me for inventory purposes.

My question is, what are the chances they're going to read my mail and can I get in trouble for this if they do?

Yeah, I think that you are good man. I'm not a lawyer, but I am pretty sure that the local PD would have some pretty substantial legal/jurisdictional issues if they tried to pinch you for something that CBP never allowed to be delivered to you and therefore was never in your possession. Plus, I would imagine that they would have to obtain the seizured pack from CBP to test in order to prove that it was in fact a controlled substance. Totally different ballgame if you had the pack in your car though. Only thing that would change my opinion would be if your idea of a "very small amount of powder" was a kilo ;-)

If they could prove anything and your case was a slam dunk, you would have never gotten a letter.

Because it's hard to prove you ordered anything, it would go to court and the cost of doing that v the value of what was seized was exceeded when they sent you a letter...

Just be careful of who you make as enemies, you never know what they could send you in the mail to get back at you.
Likewise, be careful of late night, half drunk, internet browsing and responding to ads for free samples of "vitality" supplements for men. You never know what you'll get.

Lesson learned your honor

Oh, and pay your car loan on time, it's called a repo, not theft.

Im not sure what this powder is that you are referring to. If its not related to what we are about here then maybe keep it to yourself. And like Rusty said, ditch the vice. Why anyone would risk attracting additional unwanted attention to themselves is beyond me.

It most definitely is related to what you are about here.
Was a very small amount of powder for my next cycle, I pick my mail out of the mailbox everyday before I drive to work and woke up this morning and the car was gone.

It is a string of bad luck indeed.

I'm not sure what cpt is to be honest, I'm in the US if that's what you're referring too?

I think you should worry more about why your cars keep getting stolen

Interestingly enough I live in a very nice part of town in a gated community. I guess that may actually increase the rate of theft in all reality.

Your fine..if they read it they gonna laugh at your ass

It’s just a warning letter and don’t worry about it. The cop that searches your car won’t care about your mail. He probably uses gear like the rest of them anyways. All my cop buddies run low dosage cycles to stay fit.

I was a warning letter, very small amount of powder for my next cycle. I was unaware powder was taboo here so I guess I should've changed my wording to test/deca.

Was mostly concerned because the letter stated exactly what was seized and in what amount (very small, feds valued at 120$).
