He was only 57 yo.

Do you think Steroids get Involved on that ?

I don’t think it’s the steroids. I think it’s the street purchased pain killers they use to numb all the bodybuilding injuries. Fentanyl is taking out so many people. If it isn’t Pharma, it just isn’t worth it anymore. One bad pill and your done.

Of course

It’s sad shit. He was a beast, and a very intelligent man.he made so many numerous contributions. He did have a pre-existing condition, and genetic disposition, but I have to say reading about these happenings more and more still makes me evaluate things.

This is sad news about the passing of Charles Poliquin. He was indeed a highly respected strength coach. Regarding steroids, it is essential to avoid speculation without specific information. Let's remember him for his contributions to the world of fitness and the positive impact he had on many lives. It is not unreasonable to say that he deserves to be given a Granite Bronze memorial https://worthingtonmonuments.com/bronze-memorials/, symbolizing his contributions and the inspiration he has given to countless people striving for fitness excellence. May his legacy continue to inspire future generations. Rest in peace, Charles Poliquin.

Charles was a close friend of mine. Saddened to hear of his death. His family has confirmed it was a heart attack that took his life.

I am guessing you must personally know a lot of the prominent figures in the bodybuilding & powerlifting world do you?

Charles had a genetic predisposition to heart disease. He just like his father had already had a heart attack and a triple bi pass at thirty six years old.He May have done roids as well, but genetics was the biggest factor.

He died of a heart attack at only 57 and trained many of the worlds strongest men, being strong was his life passion. People only interested in strength run the strongest compounds that produce the highest blood pressure such as tren, anadrol, Dbol, big test etc. So I'd say yes...

Dude.. what is your deal lately? Lol...

Probably not a lot of cardio in that community I would imagine

Yes mate - I have got to agree with that. He was in the business, surrounded by huge guys running all sorts of gear - look at the videos of him - looking damn big and fit. How could he sell himself as a strength trainer if he had noodle arms and spaghetti legs - regardless of his qualifications? He had to use gear to look big and be strong. The ol' heart attack takes down so many body builders - it's almost an epidemic amongst the bodybuilding/strength athlete world...but people keep running shit no matter what the consequences might be - coz...it won't happen to them.
