I will tell you the politics behind his accusations. This guy is the installed leader from Russia. Chechnya has been hostile against Russia since Moses wore short pants. Chechnya is predominately controlled by Muslim fundamentalist. So the reason this hard core installed Russian leader of Chechnya is doing this is to win the hearts and minds of the Chechnya people.
