What is it about being sick and eating like shit. I'm miserable right now but I have no desire to eat good food. Today is a binge day, I have the guilts after but it's the only thing I can taste...
Anyone else get like that when sick? Oh well, it will pass. Emergenc-C and zycam are my best friends

WeatherwedWhen Im sick and cant eat- I do my best to meet my daily calorie needs at any cost. If the only thing that I can get down is choc. milk... then im drinking 2 gallons of it.
