Pretty much says it all. I travel for work, so I'm stuck in a shitty a$$ hotel in the middle of a desert. 50 miles from Vegas. Yeah...I could go party...but destroy my bulk, get no sleep, and drive 300 miles home tomorrow?!?! I think not. Sooo I hit the shitty hole in the wall gym that have and did some back and bi's, and now I'm gonna study up all night on eroids bc it'll at least be a f'n hour before my pre workout dies down.
