When I think of bodybuilding there's a few names that pop up instantaneously. Arnold, Lou, Jay, Ronnie...
Personally some of my favorite bodybuilders are a combination of old and new. I think If I had to place them in order my list would look like this...I really look up to Kai Greene, Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Platz and Lou Ferrigno... I really think Kai Greene is going to take the Sandow from Phil this year, personally I think he deserves it more.

My two favourites: Dorian Yates and Frank Zane. I like them both for 2 completely different reasons but Dorian is a big inspiration.
kai greene, hes not only in control of his body physically but mentally as well.
MultipurposeI think Arnold is my all time favorite, I grew up watching his movies and he is my bodybuilding role model, his physique is outstanding for his time. Ronnie Coleman is my second favorite, "light weight babyyyy!"

Animal RageI had the honor of meeting Ronnie Coleman today in Miami at complete nutrition and he's awesome dude, big hearted man... got him to sign about 15 things for me LOL... He laughed when I pulled out my Wieder 50 lbs plate for an autograph, he said, everywhere I go somebody brings in a plate lol... He looked a little bloated but shit, he's done competing and it's hard to carry around 300 lbs without a belly...
