Blood work shows high triglycerides
ad
My doctor prescribed some shit called Fenofibrate. I hate taking drugs and don’t trust doctors 100% when it comes to scripts because of all the benefits they get from prescribing certain drugs. Do you guys think Tudca & NAC is better than this drug? I’m not looking for medical advice just some opinions.

I appreciate the good info Tri I just ordered Picual Olive Oil from Spain. I’m trying to find Niacin 50 or 100mg but I’m having difficulties. Seems like they are all 500mg.
30 seconds on Amazon…
Nutricost Niacin (Vitamin B3) 100mg, 240 Capsules - with Flushing, Non-GMO, Gluten Free https://a.co/d/4jfRfuz
Plain Niacin - 250mg Immediate Release Niacin with Flush (Vitamin B-3) - Nicotinic Acid 100 Tablets - Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free | Endurance Products Company https://a.co/d/epWYln7
I 50mg on Amazon. I will take 50md ed and increase it every 5 days
At that rate you’ll be at the therapeutic dose in … 5 months.
Hope you’ll at least work on your diet in the mean time.
I thought it was 500mg daily
How much niacin is needed daily?
Literally wrote to you above earlier.
1.5g daily man. Usually 500mg 4x per day you work up to.
Eat more oats, increase fiber, add niacin, good quality fish oil or krill oil, and bergamot.
I’ve read so much that’s says all grains are bad for humans. Niacin I thought I was going to die lol from that damn flush and the no flush really isn’t niacin. I just ordered some organic Antarctic Krill supposed to be good but who knows.
I flush bad with niacin in pre workout hated it for while. I got now foods slow release niacin the flush is minimal after the first week.
A week I thought I was gonna die after 30 min lol

Thanks BFG
Don't utilize TUDCA if you don't know exactly how it works.. It's not for everyone and can be dangerous if used improperly, especially during oral cycles. NAC might be the way to go .. but overall. high triglycerides means its time to lower saturated fat intake drastically and start eating clean.. oats, fiberous foods, clean carbs, clean proteins, lots of veggies/fruit.. take fish oil too because if you have high triglycerides, chances are your LDL's are high and HDL slighty lower.
IT all comes down to diet but NAC can help because it can transport some of the fats int he blood and help them be utilized for energy and other things.
To specify what I mean about Tudca for those who may be new to it, TUDCA is all about timing.. if you take it at the wrong time, it can cause more damage to liver cells than using the traditional orals or alcohol use alone.. I don't want to get any further into explaining anything because I'm not well qualified to do so.. but until you figure out exactly how TUDCA works and best time to take and such, avoid taking it period. Try consulting someone who is well qualified to help you if you do plan on using it.
Also, Niacin (b3) can help with high triglycerides.. so can L Citrulline/L Arginine -- but once again, it all comes down to fixing your DIET. Shortcuts are never the answer.
Thanks Razor I never knew that about Tudca. Pandemic diet wasn’t the greatest.
Yep that will get ya.. But the brightside is this, -- the moment we show bloods with high triglycerides or high liver enzymes / high cholesterol.. it becomes a real wakeup call for us to really start eating cleaner year round.. even when bulking.. No sense in pounding down unhealthy fats that our body wont utilize that will jjust clog our arteries.. its so easy to eat junk these days.. but if you know how to diet right, you can enjoy some great food all the time without it being detrimental to you.
Good point Razor. Well said
