+ 2 Batman Shooting Colorado
So this morining im watching the news and I see this sicko James Holmes who shot up a colorado movie theater 12 dead and 50 injured. So where to start, I strongly believe since they didnt kill him on site save the trail, save tax payers money, spare the media and tortur this sicko to death and send his family to court. And the only reason why i say send his family to court is to send a message to the other sick people that have these idea's that if you fuck around were gonna fuck with you and make your family pay the price hit there wallet and make them pay for the med bills and maybe people will think twice. And if this sick fuck thinks he's gonna be famous for shooting people at the batman opening then he's wrong people will forget his name in 2 years, but we sure wont forget him if is made an example of by tortur US should incorporate this punishment agian to send a message your not gonna to jail but your gonna be in alot of pain thats for sure.
Another reason why im so pissed is now the second amendent is gonna be in question cause sick ass people like this guy..First off there should be armed security/police at ever large event in the us, the way the unemployment rate is in this country vets,ex cops,goverment people all that need jobs well this is a way to earn extra income..And with these extra people put them at the door and make a check point with metal detectors so this shit doesnt happen, imagine how many more jobs america would have with extra people needed at schools,movie theaters,aren's etc etc..I would rather have my tax payers money go to keeping me safe then sending some dick weed who had a bad day to court..Sorry guys just venting cause im tried and people not doing anything about these massacres and then there gonna question the second amendment, FUCK THAT!! I love my gun and have my concealed handgun permit and not to sound like a tuff guy but if i was in that theater after the smoke bombs went off my ass would be posted up waiting to take a shot.. Agian sorry eroids for the venting post, but lately people in this world arent doing the right thing and im so tried of inncent people paying the price and fucking it all up for everybody.

That guy (James Holmes) sure bitched up as soon as the police came with their guns. He is and will forever be the worst kind of coward. He armed himself to the teeth and fired upon unsuspecting, unarmed patrons of a movie (of which were women and children). If I knew for certain that I could be put in a cell with this piece of shit if I committed a petty crime ( I know he is in P.C and is in solitary), I would make him suffer for as long as I possibly could. He deserves nothing less.

"IF" AND ONLY IF, the Mom knew this specific crime or any crime was about to occur and she knew it was real and not just an angry rant etc, then she actually broke a law. You can't know of a crime about to happen and not report it. Problem is, I think she probably thought he was just a pissy whining kid with a chip and had no real intent of commiting a crime. She was probably as surprised as anyone but if not and she knew this was about to happen, then we agree. She is in fact culpable. Btw, its normal for LE to investigate and punish culpability in most situations and maybe they don't do a good enough job of that but to apply culpability to all situations is not practical. Each person has to be judged as an individual or we could have serious chaos, more than now! Lol..culpability can't just be blood line I guess is my point. We are overly secure of our selves and families, everyone cant trust anyone because they are scared of crimes and strangers. and suddenly we are all in our little worlds, puppets working, isolated, committed between work and home.
According to stats ,Did you know that the average american has approximation of 1 to 2 friend, that are considered close. while other countries that are in Asia people grow up with 12 or more close friends. These friends are not optional, you would grow up with them.
My point is that social interactions are very important. What this man did is sick, he is sick. he has a mental disease. and if you ever talk to a criminal specialist they will tell you that most criminals are quiet and have some sort of social disorder, they feel like they cant trust any one. you have to think "what could of activated this guy to do something like that" because people dont wake up to say im going to go and shoot a movie theater tonight. most criminals have a history of being abused as kids, or trauma, or someone bullied them in some way. they are mentally scared with mental problems. yet i do believe that our actions is our own so they are fully responsible for their crimes but they could be helped before doing those crimes.
morals are dying due to less social interactions. if we were all friends, maybe this guy could of been saved. who knows why he did it but i bet u he felt like society has isolated him in some way and he wanted revenge. or he isolated himself from society, either way we need to make an effort to be kind to everyone around us and considerate of their feeling because we may not damage them physically but we can certanitly hurt them mentally.
sorry about the essay, i just a very strong believer in turning this world around and helping others because i been affected by alot of crimes against me yet i dont see the point of trying to kill the problem by just taking the easy solution out instead of finding the roots.

naguib123lol good point but i don't think you can get people to start communicating by punishing them. and just because someone knew something about it doesn't always mean that they could have prevented it. also you have to keep in mind that the family didnt commit the crime. but i see where your coming from but we have different view points, its just not very progressive to scare people into being good, they have to want it.

gun laws here in aus where changed in 96 making it illegal to own semi auto-automatic weapons, and now need a licence to own a single shot weapon, their were 13 massacres in Aus in the 18 years before they were changed, since they were changed their has not been one single massacre, not one in 16 years. i do think now tho that changing gun laws in the states probably wont make a difference just due to the fact that their are so many guns their now already
gun control in the usa only puts the law abiding citizen at risk , the criminals will get guns off the streets illegally no matter what... if we were allowed to carry , if every citizen was armed and the criminals knew they might get shot back, there would be alot less crime.. in some states you can carry but you cant in mine or they make it so hard
