Not sure if many, if any of you are familiar with the guy but I received a depressing email today. Apparently he was diagnosed with some sort of complication and he doesn't expect to be alive much longer. If you've never heard of him, he had a forum and conducted extensive research on peptides and various other compounds. The guy was humble yet possessed one of the most intelligent research minds I've ever had the pleasure of directly conversing with. I, as many, will be very sad to see him go. He provided a place to interact and learn many great things, the world will be less of a great place the day that he departs.

Its quite a wake up call that anyone can have their life cut short, no one is exempt from this fact. We need to remember that life valuable. It can be easy to get carried away and forget the value of life, don't get carried away and forget to remember this fact. Also, remember not to become too focused on growing, cutting or developing a better physique at the expense of health and wellbeing.

Live long, prosperous , love those that matter and tell them often and indulge in life within the matters that you will be happy about when lying in your death bed.
