Back from the dead, but I really need help

ad

Hello brothers. I haven't been active in a VERY long time. I will explain why.
About 4 months ago I was taking a fat burner for 3 weeks straight (dumb I know). It contained ephedran.(Hell Fire is the exact name) I was feeling good/normal up until the last time I used it. It gave me a panic attack. I've had panic attacks before from Mary Jane, I know how they feel. It felt like a normal panic attack so I just went on the treadmill and got it to go away. I felt fine the rest of the day, everything was normal. The next day I woke up, felt good for about 30 mins and I felt another panic attack coming on. I didn't even take the fat burner. I tried to take a shower and calm myself down but it didn't seem to work. I went into the hospital because my heart started to pound (like a normal panic attack). They gave me a 3 day Valium prescription. I went home and still didn't feel normal. Woke up the next day and just felt dreadful. Over the next 2 months I developed social anxiety, and was scared to go outside because I feared that I would have a panic attack at any moment. I am now over the social anxiety but I still don't feel normal. I don't feel "safe" and I don't know how to shake this funk! I've trained 3 times in the past 3 months because of this bu#*sh!t!!, It's like I'm scared to train because I feel like I will have a panic attack. I need to get back to how I use to be. If anyone has ever experienced anything like this PLEASE help me out. I can't live life like this and I don't want to take any medication such as Valium or Xanax. I've seen friends go down a bad road from that. I just really want to get back to training and back to my old self more importantly. Thanks for your time brothers.

TRY RUNNING!!! I know it will take off some muscle, but will take also alot of Fat (guess you wont need that saw your stats and are great). I do not know if you had run before, but you may start gradually. I have had Social Phobia and depressive issues and running helped me to quit on MEDS. Good Luck!!!

There is only one name given to us that a man can be saved by.His name is Christ Jesus. Before I met the Lord I had all those problems and than some.I wasted at least 13 years locked up all because I let that punk devil run me around because of my feelings. You're trying to fix a spiritual matter with medicine because the people who prescribe those meds don't realize that there's a void in people where the holy spirit of God is meant to reside.Like most people I kept trying to fill that void with drugs.God says to seek him first and everything else will added to us.It's no lie bro,I went from the lowest of lows to now where I have plenty to be thankful for, most of all my sanity. It's a he'll of a time trying get our minds lined up with God's but once we do than he establishes our thoughts.Or I guess you could keep on running and looking for the answer somewhere else, and after all other avenues have been exhausted you can come back to right where it all started. The best part is that Jesus holds no grudges, you won't hear any I told you so,only open arms and I love you son.So any time you're ready just ask him, heck he'll even prove himself to you with signs in your life if you're willing to believe and just ask.

What if he was Muslim, Jewish, or even an atheist or agnostic? It is a psychological problem and physicians are getting better and better at treating those kind of problems over time. Some problems can not be fixed by religion, like the people that keep there child with cancer out of the hospital because they believe it can be fixed by prayer.

If you actually read the bible you would know what to say other than some cute little new age story about angels and demons.I'm not talking about some spiritual medium with crystals and tarot cards,I'm talking about the almighty Father God Jesus Christ.Who died on the cross for you and I that whosoever should believe in Him that their sins may be forgiven. There's a way that seems right to a man who's end is death.Make no mistake about it,there is no amount of good deeds that you can do to earn your way to heaven. You do not get to spend eternity with Christ Jesus because you were a good person by your own standard.God's measure of us is far different than our own.Just believe and ask,but you have to read gods word, otherwise some of those other spirits might try to tell you who God is and there sure is a lot of them out there who have real big ideas about who god is and have never even read God's word to no fault of their own,but just like God says"my people perish for lack of knowledge"so you might want to read that one for yourself brother.

Yeah I can tell your a real stand up Christian by your words, too bad your pride has to be insulted just so you could admit that you hold christian beliefs. Our yeah,by the way every angel spoke of in the bible is male form. For instance it was the angel Gabriel who delivered the message to Mary about Jesus.Sounds like all you know is a couple of versus and you fill in the blanks with your own thoughts. It's okay if you don't know everything and it's pride that keeps you from being humble about it.I ain't nobody but knowledge is everything, and I didn't meet Jesus untill I was 27.Funny thing is I quit going to prison after that. Those who have been saved from much are usually the ones praising much.Paul spent a great deal of his life persecuting Christians unto death, but God still used him to write most of the new testament.Noteworthy is that he spent the rest of his life praising god while in chains in prison. You could be doing time anywhere your at if your not free in Christ,or you could be free as could be even while chained up just like Paul.

Thats anxiety friend. I had it years ago. It got so bad I would skip school in fear of having another. Then I was put on ativan. (ive tried everything, xanax, valium, klonopin, temaz) and Ativan ie Lorazepam was the only thing that Truly relaxed me. It was almost as fast acting as xanax, but a total life saver.

I was able to go back to school and just take ativan if I had an attack. I started out needing it daily and after a month I was down to 3-4x a week, then a month or 2 later I only needed it once a week or less!

I basically only used it to help if I really needed it. I got to the point where I completely had no anxiety anymore at all!!!! I was so happy, I stopped filling the prescriptions. I haven't been on ativan in years It completely fixed my anxiety, or helped me cope with my anxiety and now I never have anxiety.

Ativan was a true life saver for me. Xanax works too but it's too addicting and it only masks the problem makes you completely forget everything. I would black out on xanax, and thats what its supposed to do. It literally erases your memory causing anxiety. Which is good for serious trauma such as rape or being robbed etc..

Thats why I liked ativan better, because it didnt black me out or make me feel like a zombie. All it did was when I felt a panic attack I took it and my mind was completely clear and I was not stressed out. This would allow me to relax and think things threw at the time of a panic attack and deal with the problem at hand. It allowed me to work through my anxiety not just blur it out like xanax.

Thanks bro, but when I tell my doctor about it he says "here take some Xanax" I'll ask him for a Ativan script next time I visit him, and again, thanks.

Had the same issues awhile back. Didnt take n e fat burners but was smoking between a half eight and an eighth a day n sure enough I started to get hella panick attacks. So bad that I wouldn't leave my house and would vomit n go into mini seizures I would get em soo bad. 2 things were the culprit.....

1: maryjane was causing the panick attacks chemically.

2: I wasn't exactly making good decisions at that time in my life which gave me anxiety because at any moment everything could be taken away from me.

So I quit smoking bud had a script of Valium on hand just incase. This helped tremendously. As much as I liked getting stoned all day it was at the base of my attacks. Then I decided to make better choices in my life which helped equally as much as quitting smoking. I have always been an independent person so I don't go out much which doesn't bother me at all and by no means a recluse I just prefer to relax after 12hr shift and 2hrs at the gym. But what helped me was I got angry with my attacks. I would yell in my head "f**k that! Your better than this cowardly ass shit! Man up! Everything is OK!" N after a while I learned how to harness the control of it. Hope you make it alright man. Just remember your breathing and the world ain't ending n e time soon and there are twice as many women as there are men on this planet so everything is ok! Now get in the gym release some endorphins, get yoked and screw a hot woman lol. Good luck!

I had my first panic attack from Marijuana, I don't get it though. I was able to smoke all day long and never have a worry but that one time ruined it for me. Every time I smoked after that day I got another panic attack. I don't know why it happened.
