+ 1 Anyone else notice the trend of open steroid use youtube videos?
I hope I'm not the only one who's noticing the amount of open steroid talk by very well known youtube fitness video guys.
I think it's just not smart to talk about it when most of the fan base is early teenagers or people who want to get big on "creatine and protein". I know some people say its better to just be open about it, but I've noticed they talk about compounds like tren and orals like they're the starting drugs you use. If I didn't know any better, I would have used tren as my first compound just because everyone talks about it.
Took me about 6-7 months of research before I even decided to order any ancillaries to get ready for my first steroid cycle and here you see guys talking about how to run steroids in a video that's 5 minutes or less.
Just a though, wondering what others think about this...

Some of the guys have sound advice. Like Blaha, Piana and BS3. They are pretty honest and straight forward. And most of all they dont glorify gear they state pros and cons. But YouTube should only be one of many references especially for a subject like gear.
Don't use tren as your first compound, just cause you heard It on the internet. * I see your not on your first stab at it. There has been a lot of open talk for years in the right places. It is sites like this that pave the way sound judgment in the PED department not youtube/asshats looking for youtube $. Diet, routine, sleep, and the truth, labs. Know you goal and end game... stay on the consistency FTW!
StevebI see lots of people with bad acne and gyno at the gym.
I wish these guys were around when I was younger and thought that saying your prayers, taking your vitamins and working out is all it takes to get big.
Big props to these guys for putting the truth out there.
I believe the media/government have brainwashed people in that they are to afraid to talk about shit. I think it is a good thing that "the people" are talking openly and standing for freedom and liberty. If things will ever change it will first start with the people. But on the other hand they are openly admitting to committing a felony.
AnonI do agree with that to some extent, its just most of these idiots are going about it the wrong way. It doesn't seem like many of them are too concerned with educating the public and squashing these stigmas, instead they are just making things worse and the media/government has an easy time exploiting that.
I agree, better ambassadors would help the cause more.
There are those who want their 15 minutes and this is a way to get it. Steroids are illegal and making a video, touting your use of them, is going to get attention. Boom: 15 minutes...
Anyone have any links to interesting videos besides the Piana and Bostin videos?

Check this guy out
Steroid related or just the BB lifestyle in general?
Either one. Just interesting videos.
The guys that I know of are Rich Piana and Bostin Lloyd. Some other guys post informative videos but I don't know that they are talking about their own current use and some of them don't look like bodybuilders of course. If you don't have a Phd behind your name and you don't look like a bodybuilder it's hard to take the info you give out as credible.
It's no different than the medias sensationalist headlines about how bad steroids are. If you are in bb regardless if whether you talk about it people know
Word
AnonFuck em! Some people just cant keep their mouth shut, all they do is reenforce stereotypes and make the rest of us look bad. I dont understand why the fuck you would go blasting your face all over the internet talking about illegal shit and think its never gonna come back and bite you in the ass.
Exactly, it's starting to become the norm to talk about this. I know most fitness channels that need more views are pushing exogenous substance usage for bodybuilding to kids for the added views. However I guarantee once some kid fucks himself up , the blame is going to put once again on the steroid community and the guys talking about it the open probably going to get arrested.
AnonYup! No one wants to take responsibility for their own actions, its fucking pathetic.
Set them straight, bro!! Keep it real!! Educate about the dangers of illicit drug use. Suggest and advise where correct information can be researched and obtained.
I'm still learning from all the info here , however the types on YouTube wouldn't even bother to spend time to listen any advice given to them.
