Does the loose skin even tighten up itself?

ad

Quick question,

I've had loose skin for a long time since I used to be a big fat fucker back in my linemen days. I've lost a lot of weight past few years and have gotten pretty lean. I get asked questions and complimented all the time since I'm very vascular in my arms and I don't hold any fat on my face. However the loose skin in my abdominal and chest area is still there.

Is surgery my only option?

Stats: 3-4 years ago: 310-315lb

Now: 215-220 (currently on test e cycle)

It depends on your skin. After I had my kids I used good lotion, and a corset worked for me three times. Good luck

Thanks for the tip. I'll try anything before having to drop 10-15 grand on surgery .

Congrats on your weight loss!!! Unfortunately, chances are that skin has lost its elasticity and surgery may be your only option.

Thanks man, I'm thinking of getting a plasti surgery consult done. People have told me to get as lean as possible since it makes for a better post surgery recovery and contouring for the physician .

Agreed. Try to get as lean as possible first. Can't hurt to talk to a few docs. Make sure you do a lot of research and try to find the best one you can.
