+ 1 Anyone got that bro running tren and eating shit everyday ... and still more lean then you.

ad

Working out and eating clean and I see this motherfucker eating pizza, ice cream, and all kinds of shit and still leaning the fuck out.

Here I am running test e and trying to keep my estro and bloat under control with my low GI carbs and almost no sodium intake...ever piss you guys off? Cutting my carb intake after 2-3pm...

I might just be rambling, but just wondering what you guys do when you start to get demotivated eating so clean and still not being able to stay as lean as the dude running tren...

Makes me want to jump on it, but with only 1 cycle in me so far that isn't even an option.

Tren does a great job leaning me out on a clean diet, but if I eat like crap I'll lose definition. T3 on the other hand enables me to eat questionably and stay lean. But the night sweats I get from t3 (not tren) are a deal breaker.

I'm one of those guys....started getting super vascular at like 9 years old...lol

ever try carb backloading? i eat almost all my carbs in the evening after workouts when i am not bulking including some dirty ass ones like ice cream and cookies and manage to stay at around 9 10% all summer. thats no gear though so i guess thats probably different

ericnonaya's picture

whoops i pretty much just said what you did lol. i just answered the question the best i could then read responses afterward... just a local idiot here Smile

haha yes sir I'm doing steady state cardio 20-30 minutes after workout 5 times a week and on my off days I do fasted cardio in the morning.

(Both times I use step master/stair master)

I am losing weight, just not as fast as the other guy.

Appreciate the comments guys .

It's not the tren, age and genetics play a large role.

GRIMEY's picture

There is certainly more to it. Genetics will play a big role as usual.

Although he is eating shit, all this shit may still add up to a large caloric deficit for him when you factor in his training, cardio and metabolism.

Although he may be looking good, running harsh chemicals and slamming down shit food is no bueno for your insides.

My advice to you, worry about you, dont worry about him.

Well shoveling shit calories isn't ideal. If I'm using compounds that have a natural propensity to trash lipid profiles and raise blood pressure I think I would make wise choices with my food selection regardless of any nutrient partitioning effects the compound has.

Shitty food intake on the regular is going to contribute to the negative side effects that are already occurring from the gear. Cheat meal here and there, no big deal. Indulging like an undisciplined pig isn't going to yield the greatest end result and will accelerate toasting your insides.

epixs's picture

Yeah man, definitely good information.

NoWeakAces's picture

Undisciplined pig? This made me chuckle trying to imagine a disciplined pig.

Some guys just have it I guess. A buddy of mine eats like an absolute slob (forever dirty bulk style) and he stays lean as fawk. So lean his nick name at the gym is "rip torn". Literally stays shredded year round. Not a real big guy 6' about 190-200

epixs's picture

Honestly I guess these guys natural thyroid levels are of the charts.

NoWeakAces's picture

Don't judge a book by its cover. I've watched 2 guys during contest prep, one starving himself to the point of fainting in the gym, while the other guy eats Hershey bars. Both of them looking huge and shredded. GearHead is absolutely right, way more going on than meets the eye. I would guess genetics/physiology plays more of a role than the gear here.

epixs's picture

Yeah I see what you guys mean .

Bro, there is way more to this story than what you think you know. No, no one running Tren is leaning out eating ice cream. Really. Not. You might as well call me Gear Tren Head for all the Tren cycles I have run. It's a nice chemical, but no miracle.

Nitti's picture

Bro, there is way more to this story than what you think you know. No, no one running Tren is leaning out eating ice cream. Really

You sure about that? ;-)
I can do it off cycle

Dickkhead's picture

You sure ain't doing it off cycle in a caloric surplus. Even on cycle, stuffing your face with simple sugar is not the most widely traveled road to low body fat for the vast majority of people.

Nitti's picture

Let's put it this way, I eat what I want. I don't steer clear of ice cream but I'm not eating just sugar either. You're being a smart ass which I've come to expect from you. None the less, I can assure you that I eat anything I want and I keep the bf down all year long. Under 12% always without trying. Everyone who's been here long enough has seen multiple pics of me and not one of them shows anything to the contrary. So I won't be ditching my encyclopedia collection because gear head doesn't know everything quite yet.

Dickkhead's picture

I'm not being a smart ass and you are being argumentative for whatever reason. If you are not burning the calories and you eat ice cream (sugar and fat) you are gonna get fat. So, yes, you can throw away your encyclopedia collection at once.

Smithmachine's picture

I agree. I thought I could eat whatever I wanted when I ran tren.... I gained muscle but a good amount of extra fat too. Definitely not a miracle drug like it's being represented as in other forums.

Nitti's picture

Miracle drug? Who's claiming that? You guys need to learn to take shit you read with a grain of salt. Especially on these boards where wana be bodybuilders regurgitate their bro science and stroke each others ,.....egos all day and night. Tren (just like any other AAS) is a tool! Nothing more. Nothing less! You maintain your discipline in diet and training. You'll make the gains. If you are genetically predisposed ,you're going to put on fat with those gains. For those who are true genetic freaks, they don't have this problem and no level of hater shit slinging is Gona change that. Genetics play more of a role than most ppl realize. The rest is putting in the work.

PIN_CUSHION's picture

Always keeping it real.

epixs's picture

Maybe it's the guy, but were both 10-12 body fat range when we started and he really doesn't count macros or eats clean what so ever .

I know tren requires the same if not more work to run properly, however this guy just eating whatever. Obviously he's not an educated aas user.

epixs's picture

Nah Ofcourse not man, more around 10-11%.

Hell at 30% bf running aas, would cause even worse bloat and gyno/estro sides. Probably hypertension lol.
