Been reading about valor fitness the reviews and the sheer weight of it impresses me a little pricey 399.00 just bench and rack I have a rouge bar and 10 45 pound plates . What's your pick or what's done you have used just want to feel secure when 450 is on the bar want it solid

I know you mentioned your max spending below and this is over but I just saw this set up the other day. Looks sick. I'm sure you could build one cheaper.

So I went to a local metal fabrication shop .. all box tubing frame welded priced it for 250.. they are even going to weld up a back and I can take it to the apolstier woman all said I will have less than 350 in it. Only down fall it doesn't come apart but it's ok with me

Maxx bench, if money isn't an issue. Perfect for training alone.

Maybe it was the one I was at but my local dicks didn't have a big selection lot of low grade ones . I can get fabricated for under 400 and he said it would hold 3000 pounds lol don't need that much but feel better if it did

I'd get a solid cage w/combo pull up bar and an adjustable bench. You can do a lot more with that combo.

If I can't find what I need or want there's a metal fabrication shop down the road that would make it I looked into that about a year ago

If your willing to search craigslist. You can probably get a really good on a used commercial grade gym bench. Find a cybex or nautilus bench. Those things were solid. When it comes to some of the gym equipment newer is not always better.

I remember those nautilus they was solid
