Am I the only one? (Body Fat Percentages)
Soo I've had a long day and if this gets a little ranty I apologize in advance. But while people not posting stats drives me crazy and makes it very hard to accurately answer their questions...one of the things im seeing most lately is stats like this Age: 34...ok good Height 6'1...good Weight 235...ok bf%: ??? or blank or any snide variation of you don't need to know...and then they usually go on to explain they don't have a way to check it at the mometn...so let me get this straight you asking cycle questions...you're likely about to drop $500+ for a good cycle and you cant afford $10 for calipers or $40 for a scale???...I mean even if you believe body fat scales aren't very accurate...it at least gives you and idea...and even if you don't have a scale or calipers which I think you should...there are plenty of guides posted on here and other places that show what a body within certain body fat ranges looks like...I don't know maybe its just me but this has been driving me crazy lately! anyone else? I just think its important to know whether someone is 10% body fat or 40% body fat before giving advice.

Mr KfizzleLmao man! Had me cracking up about not being able to afford $10 calipers haha. Maybe post a link to where someone can by them from Amazon.
Personally I bought myself a pair because I wanted to know what my own bf% is at all times. .. one would think everyone would want to know this but they rather look at their body weight and thank that tells the whole story.
GET CALIPERS PEOPLE
right! and sorry i lied i just checked and there are a lot of pairs for under $5 shipped online...the thing is i think a lot of guys and girls don't want to actually know or they do know but don't want to post it...but they also need to understand misrepresenting your bf% can be a huge deal when people are offering you advice based on a way wrong representation
