Seems like they now have the technology to '3d print' real planes.

Apparently, all you do is upload your plane design in these special printers and out pops a plane.
If Boeing is using it then it must be something . . .
I even found these files online like for this F 86 Sabre (Model):
Hope it's not something too pricey as I would LOVE to start printing out my own plane parts.
Heck they are even making human jaws now . . .

Weighing just 21kg, that's pretty interesting. They didn't mention is this plane completely 3d-printed or only body.
This 3D technology just keeps expanding.
Phhht, back in my day we put hours into assembling model airplanes with glue and paint.
For our efforts we'd have an exact replica of a Curtiss P-40 which would give any german veteran PTSD, a bundle of pride in our creation, and a little bit of a buzz from the glue and paint.
Yeah when you work with your hands, the satisfaction is completely different. Technology wise, this seems pretty crazy tho. Looks like the 'Terminator' days are not far away, YIKES!
