+ 29 Women's Beginner Cycle..Anavar

I thought I'd post a beginning cycle for women as there doesn't seem to be that much info out there for women to go to

Please keep in mind that using AAS is not to be taken lightly and the side effects can be different for each individual as sensitivities do vary from person to person.

Anavar is a great way to introduce yourself to the world of AAS. Basic cycles can be as long as 12 weeks or as short as 8 weeks. Dosages range from 5mg to 10mg for a basic cycle.

It is recommended that if you are new you start your first week at 5mg split in half morning and evening. This is to keep your blood levels fairly steady as side effects will increase if you have spikes in levels.

If 5mg is tolerated well then move up to 10mgs. Again split morning and evening so you will be taking 5mg in the am and 5mg in the pm.

PCT is not normally discussed for women but it is an important part of the cycle especially if you start getting into some of the more advance stacks. Although, it is hard to find many who might agree, it is recommended that you taper yourself off on the tail end of the cycle. By doing this you set your system up to recover itself with out any huge increase in estrogen.

Generally speaking you may experience some fat loss and an increase in lean muslce mass given that diet and training are spot on..

Anavar promotes lean muscle mass with minimal sides and occasional water retention. In small enough doses that its impact on the liver is minimal for women. It is also attractive to women and beginners who are not interested in dealing with needles. The predictable and minimal sides are also attractive points to those not wanting to deal with the more individual and androgenic sides of most other AAS.

Typical Sides
· interrupted period / flow - may take a few months for the flow to come back as normal. Note this does NOT mean you won't get pregnant.
· you may still experience usual menstrual sides (cramps, bloating, etc.) on your regular menstrual schedule
· mild acne
· Clitoral enlargement and increased sensitivity
· oily hair
· some experience water retention (though not due to aromatization)
· may cause vaginosis / yeast infection (most any AAS has this potential)
· occasionally people experience nose bleeds

I ve run cycles up to 18 weeks.. I know gals who run 8 off 8 on.. Listen to your body and do what works best for you .. I can tell you that after some time you'll find that you will know when it is time to come off

Yes. I did mean 2.5 split. That way I have less sidee affects and taper off slowly so I keep the pump longer without anyone notice a big change.

Hi, I'm new to all this. I will be start my first cycle of Winstrol tomorrow. I am 5'4 - 125. My goal is to tone and gain. I've been working out for 2 yrs and still haven't seen any toning or muscle. I'm a little scared. What do I need to do? Do I take anything else with this? Any help is appreciated.

you are trying to add muscle do you realize you are going to have to eat significantly different to add and keep the muscle?

All these questions you should already have an answer too. To complete a successful you need to have a plan on how to achieve your goals not just know what goals are.

I train 4 days a week at a bootcamp

I am starting a meal prep this weekend.. my trainer said to do 125 protein, 32g Fat & 140 carbs

My bf told me to take fish oil and milk thistle.

My goal is do tone up and maybe lose 5 pounds..if any.

Training: My advice is to bump up training to 5-6 days while on cycle. If weight training isn't already part of your routine add some in You may want to add a day of cardio depending on BF added since your looking to add size

Diet: If you have a trainer I don't want to mess you up there. But just make sure you add the right type of carbs and plenty of leafy greens to help everything moving along make sure to eat frequently through out the day (2-3 hours if you can swing it)

Additional supps: You look good there. I add a mulit just to make sure I get all the vitamins needed

But it looks like you have a good idea on how it works. Remember low and slow. Watch your body for any sides or changes.

Yes, the majority if the boot camp training is weight training. I can add cardio as well. I have a treadmill at home.

How do you mean "running winny"? Sorry I'm new with all the terms..like stacking, running etc.

The side effects sound harsh, I will definitely keep my eyes open.

Diet: I'm incorporating Chicken & veggies some Fish (not really a fish person) but that's about it.

How heavy do you typically go in the boot camp training? I ask because I did crossfit (not that it's the same thing but similar idea) for a year and never saw any serious muscle development. Now the last year and a half, I started doing serious lifting, deadlift, squats and isolation moves and have seen a complete 180 of my body. Just a thought, if you've been working out like that for two years and still are not seeing results, you might consider a training change.

I only go 4 days a week an hour each session. We do deadlifts, squads, Weights, etc. There is a class for each area. Upper body, lower body and Full body.

What do you do? I don't have a gym membership but I have a bunch of weights at home. I need to see a change ASAP..or you know soon. I was also thinking of adding in the P90X 30min videos.

My advice is to go to a gym and hire a trainer and do some serious weight lifting ... you aren't going to add muscle at "bootcamp"

I think I may have too. My lifting isn't that great...actually I wont even post, its pretty embarrassing to be honest.

I'll be eating a lot cleaner.

Also, I asked you on the other blog about Winny... what do you think is better Injectable or pills?

Hi, I'm new to the forum, Been reading your postings and you seem to know your stuff.
I am starting my Var tomorrow. Should I take in am and evening? Will it mess up my sleep. I am a RN and I am up super early, any suggestions on times to take. I appreciate
My goal is to bulk up some. Any suggestions on additional AS to take with the Var. Thanks so much

start with a var cycle only and add compounds one at a time in future cycles.. just make sure you EAT .. take the var split morning and night

5 days in and joints were sore during my workout. Trying this cycle for a second time. The first time I quit because of my voice getting raspy. I learned later from @kodiakGRRL that this was normal.

So I thought I would try again... This time I had to use different gear because my source couldn't get hers for a while...

I am 5days in at 10 mg split in half and today during my chest workout, my shoulders and wrists were achey. Could my var be winny? Or is it too soon in my cycle to know (maybe just a sore kind of a day?) any insight would really help :-)

With the cost of var being what it is, could definitely be faked. I'd suggest trying to get some pharma grade. I have heard of girls having a worse reaction to non pharma var.

Thanks :-). Pharma var is near impossible to find. I do have a good source for ug var, but went with some from a dif lab this cycle. I am just wondering (if my var is winstrol) when the side effects like dry joints tend to kick in?

I really don't want to jump ship too soon like last time.

Well var and winny's half life is nine hours, so you can have sides starting right away. My soreness didn't kick in till like two weeks after I started. I just know from what I've read that usually if you have joint soreness right away it's winny. And to be honest, I like winny more then var. Send me a friend request if you have any other ? I feel kinda bad clogging up this thread lol

Thank you so much for this information. I am very new to all this and have recently decided to start on Anavar based on your recommendation. I have only been working out on my own for a year and I am very tight with my diet but I am frustrated at seeing no changes in a year - I will say though that I have been on a deficit for the majority of that time because I was trying to lose weight. I weigh 130 pounds and have now starting a build - I am eating at surplus levels and would like to build some muscle. I have always been skinny my whole life so I have almost no muscle to speak of. I will start slow as you recommend and move up to 10mg after a week at 5mg. I hope to see some positive changes soon

No, Winny and clen are completely different compounds. For a beginners cycle, anavar is typically taken by itself so you can identify the sides your body has to it.

Some liver support is a good idea with an oral. You know that anavar will not make you lose any weight right? It's not a fat burner..just don't want you to be disappointed..

The good diet is what gets you lean , the cardio you do and your training help, people get anavar confused it is by no means a fat loss drug , it is a steroid that has little to no water retention depending on your diet and is mildly androgenic and mildly anabolic hence why women use it. Depending on your diet and training methods you could lean out or bulk up on it.

So originally anavar was created to help people with AIDS retain their muscle mass. So anavar can work two ways for a person who is healthy and already working out. The first way is if the person is trying to lose weight. The way to lose weight is a calorie deficit. The problem with this is that your body wants to eat the muscle you have before the fat (survival instinct). So when you take anavar it preserves and even builded the muscle you already have. It does not burn fat or make your body burn fat! Like what Tony said, the cardio is what eats up the fat. So if someone with a higher body fat percentage starts anavar, they are really just preserving the muscle underneth their fat and often, if they are still eating more calories then their body needs, they will actually start building up a little muscle. But because they still have a higher body fat percentage, it just Makes them feel more bulky, because the muscles are getting bigger underneth the fat. The fat doesnt magically go away. The only way to get lean is to burn the fat off to see the muscles. See what we are trying to say?
The second way to use anavar is to have a calorie surplus, extra calories and anavar can build your muscles up faster. Let me know if you have anymore questions...

X2 perfectly written. In laymens terms you stay anabolic with var to prevent your body from using muscle tissue as energy while your on a calorie deficit, low carbs (not to be confused with no carbs as that will fail miserably) ,moderate healthy fats, higher protein . As steroids speed up protein synthesis aka ( helps in recovery if diet is on point). You should do a detailed write up to help some of the new ladies out.

You should probably do is a little more research, what you need to know about var is all over this thread. At those stats, you should really consider ditching the var and getting down a solid diet and training plan. Then consider anavar when it will really actually benefit you.
