not trying to be disrespectful at all ... It said "Ladies" up top so I figured I d ask the questions, who wants to make that mistake right ? LOL
Anonare you taking all that protein in at once or are you seperating it like one scoop in the morning and one for post work out?
1 scoop post workout.1 scoop before bed sometimes if i stay in late to sleep and feel hungry.lol funny thing i just noticed ladies.
QV1170I sure hope not all at once.. Speaking of protein I'm going to go grab some more ISO 100 do u want chocolate????
I take too many supplements to name them all and I vary the dosage based on my blood levels which I get monthly. But D3 is one that is both a vitamin and a hormone and is lacking in many. Dhea to prevent adrenal failure as higher doses of androgen's will cause. Vitamin C, B12, Niacin, as well as omegas. Liv 52 for cleansing. BCAA for the extra protein boost. Waxy maize for complex carbs when on the go. And many more but here is the most important thing.
Everyone is different based on levels, weight, gender etc. So what may be good for one could be an overload for another. Also do not go by another person's dose it will not be an accurate dose for you. Take into fact that you also may be allergic or just adverse to certain supplements so keep an eye out for progressive negative effects. You can do this by not introducing many supplement changes at once but instead gradually. Happy health to you!
AnonThanks Panks!! I do know not to take the exact same as others, but I just want to get a feel for what everyone takes, gives me some new ideas to research on what might be good for my body
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkYes that is very smart! Look into D3 it has done really great things for my whole families immune system. Very inexpensive, in fact it works so well that the FDA is looking into making it a prescription.
AnonHoly Moly!! I better. I have the weakest immune system ever. Constantly sick :( Thank you for the suggestion.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkStart with womans multi, CQ10, Omega 3 fishoil, CLA, Milk Thistle wich has been shown to promote healthy liver fuction, help with cholesterol which I know you were concerned with before...those are the "GOLD" in my book..we can get into "super greens" later such as chlorella wich help rid the body of metals, and toxins...but thats for another time..
AnonThanks you NBT!!
Time to go shopping tonight.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.Permalink;) no problem, if i think of anything else I'll let ya know!
