new customer; needing help
ad
I am a new customer 24 yrs old, female, around 118lbs. Looking to try something new for building lean muscle and loose fat. I lift 5-6 days a week and just seem to not have the best energy, even with strong pre-workout. I was looking into frag, but read that you have to do cardio after taking it, and can not eat for 3 hours etc. decided that wouldnt fit my lifestyle. As of now I am looking into Ipamorelin. I would like something mild, with less side effects as possible as i am nervous about trying something like this.
ANY and all comments would be super helpful as i am extremely new to all of this!
Thanks!!
Alyssa

To begin with, let additional information, such as how long you do workouts, if you have a diet. In any case, in order for something to start taking supplements, you need a base. On a personal experience I would say that without base 5-6 days a week to engage in unrealistic without supplements that restore muscle faster. Simple, after 1.5 weeks of this intensity you cannot get out of bed morning. =)
How exactly do you train? Do you make 15-20 minutes of cardio at the end of a workout?

I have really liked trying to follow the keto diet and at least 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week plus some weights. Helped me naturally lose about 15 lbs in just under 6 weeks and the keto diet is something I can enjoy. A protein like fish, turkey, or chicken and green veggies is what I have been doing for most meals. Instead of having a cheat day, I will just mix in a cheat meal here and there. Breakfast is usually a protein bar with my coffee to get my day started. Good luck in your journey.
unreal89I used a fat burner with dmaa in it and my wife did also helped drop a few lbs i would recommend a fat burner supplement thats less harsh than clen or T3,T4 and more effective than peptides your looking at goodluck!
Please wait until the pros reply to you. In the meantime i'll give you my piece of advice.
If you have fat, get rid of it first. Reduce your carbs and pump up your cardio. And if you want an enhancement try Clembuterol. This is not a steroid but its magic for fat burn.
Please research the dose before using because its different for girls. I'm not knowledgeable enough to advise u on doses.
But it worked magic for me.
Clenbuterol is a DEATH WISH!
Long-term use will result in heart attack.. sooner or later, and has been known to cause hear attacks with short term use as well. Not something I would ever use.
me neither............. i prefer the hard way like diet and sweaty cardio.
But saying that........... i am fkn nutz and do enjoy pain lol
NotNatural23I wouldn't use clen and alot of people on here will tell you to never use it. if you choose it go with albuterol instead less, sides and shorter half life then clen. you also might want to go, into better detail about stats and what you want to achieve or get from it. just my Opinion
unreal89How tall and bodyfat%?
64 inches tall, 118lbs, id say my body fat is around 19/20 percent. Overall i am happy with how i look, i am just looking to lean out more, maybe be closer to 15/16 percent body fat. Looking for something on the more mild side since i am new to all of this. Are you familiar with Ipamorelin by chance?
Like mentioned below, it's diet and workouts you need to focus on. Post up your nutrition/ diet so we have an idea what may need tweaking. Making a few changes to your diet, may be all that is needed for you to achieve your goal.
Feel free to send me a pm if you like, in the mean time check out the nutrition section, tons of info there
Imo tighten up your diet. Timing is everything.
