Facia Blaster
I thought I would mention this product here because my wife bought one a few weeks ago and is really happy with it so far. I have only used it a few times but I am pleasantly surprised by it. I am not an expert by any means with the product so I would suggest all of you Google it and make your own judgement after watching videos and looking at the research from the lady that invented it. It has been very helpful for my wife in areas that she has bad circulation, dimpling in the skin or cellulite. Her skin also seems to be tighter and smoother. In areas you don't have issues it feels like a really good deep tissue massage and in areas you do have issues it hurts so good!(feels better once you finish that area) you will bruise in problem areas but it is suppose to decrease over time when you use the facia blaster. It works for men too and is a nice thing to do together with your partner. I hope this is helpful and you all take the time to reasearch the product. I don't think you will be dissapointed.

That's funny...missed this when you posted it but I just got one about a month ago, more for neck/back issues but the thing is pretty amazing! It opens up the fascia and allows the muscles to come through, I can see way more definition in my legs. I don't have much cellulite but just the feel of the skin is thinner and smoother. Worked on my moms arm that's been giving her issues for over a year, numbness was gone and stayed gone for the last week. I'm also using it on the mans joint issues, can't get him to commit yet, he thinks its stupid but he's starting to complain when I don't work on him so that must mean its working! LOL
I know this is a somewhat older thread but I am a big fan of the blaster too and was pleasantly surprised to see it mentioned. It has really taken off in popularity. Is your wife on the Facebook group Ashley started? It's great for tips etc abs to see how others are doing. I took starting pics but haven't taken current ones but I am sure I've seen improvement. Flex to get rid of fat, non flexed for cellulite. She has a lot of bodybuilding clients so she must be on to something...
Hi there Lisa! It is nice to see someone else recognize the equipment. My wife and I are blasting as we speak! My wife is a part of the group and you are right about all the great videos and info. We both notice great changes over the time that has passed. Hopefully more people, men and women, look in to it. They won't be dissappointed but I also want everyone to know it does take effort and is more effective when your partner or friend does it for you rather than when you are blasting yourself. I'm glad it is helping you!
