Anavar

ad

Hello everyone!

I am new here and i need everyone's advise.

I have been working out for almost 2 years now, my weight has been fluctuating since 2009, I was 50kg then i increased to 65kg in just few months, and then i starved myself to lose weight in just a month and so on, so now i have a lot of stretch marks and lose skin specially on my love handles, lower stomach and inner thighs. So i decided to train hard and eat clean.

Now my weight is 53.7kg, height 163 cm, muscle mass 24.4kg, body fat mass 9.9kg (BF 18.4%), total body water 32 kg, protein 8.7kg (as per the In-Body machine). I have been working out hard 5x a week (isolation) and eating well, (high protein, less carbs, no sugar and more fiber), i reached to the point where my BF was 17.8% but my muscle mass also decreased even though i lift heavier weights each week. So i decided to not do a caloric deficit diet and just eat normally, healthier and keep training. I do not know what to do now 'coz i am having a hard time building muscles and lose the fat on my abdominal region.

i have heard that anavar would help me lose body fat while increasing the muscle mass. I have no idea how to take it properly. I just wanna get ripped like everyone else, its just that they say i am skinny even after all the training and diet i have done. :(

Please help.

Steroids are not for losing weight. If you loose weight while taking them its because you are busting your ass in the gym and in the kitchen. If you want to get ripped, nt waste your money on anavar. It will be a waste. Have you tried a ketogenic diet? That will help drip a ton of fat. The healthy way. Not starving yourself. As far as training goes. Pehaps uts timr to totally switch things up. Our bodies adapt to what we do to them and to keep growing we need to change routines. My advice would be to go to the food section and post up your goals there. There are several ladies on this site who are very good with diet advice. You can manipulate your body so much with just how you eat. Do yourself a favor and check all avenues before using anavar. Trust me. If everything else is not optimized you will definitely be wasting your money. Good luck.

i dont wanna lose weight, i want to lose body fat and increase muscles. im stuck between 17.8%-18.4% body fat whatever diet and training i do. i think im not doing it right, it is really hard also for me now to increase more than 2.2kg segmental lean on my upper body.

ive been eating well too as far as i know, oatmeal and protein in the morning with black coffee, protein + veggies lunch, protein+ carbs post-workout and light meal during dinner time. :(

Okay. Sorry if I misunderstood. So essentially what you are trying to do is recomposition your body turn fat into muscle. Which admittedly is very hard I am trying to do the same thing myself. I know for sure the ketogenic diet works well to trim body fat I have done this myself. While I was doing it I concentrated on cardio because my main goal at that time was to trim some fat. So it may not be right for you at this time. We are all different. I would suggest reaching out to Kodiak Grrrl on this site. She is very knowledgeable with all things diet. And seems like a nice person who enjoys helping people.
It does sound like you are just stuck in a rut. Perhaps you're metabolism has reached a peek so to say because you been doing the same thing for so long. From what I understand sometimes if you shock it say by overeating, NOT junk food but up your carbs up your fats etc for a short amount of time to reignite uour metabolism and then get back to a aner diet that may help. Member Makwa on this site does something called cyclical bulking which I believe operates on the same principal. I would reach out to him as well.

It seems you understand the importance of manipulating your body's insulin secretions at opportune times. You're already ahead of the curve in that regard.

You're 163cm and weigh 53.7 kg. I would advice that you turn around, go back to bed and dream on thinking any drug will do the hard, consistent work for you. Ain't gonna happen.
With your weight the only thing you should care about is eating and get that weight up and not eating "less carbs". You're nowhere near thinking about ANY drugs and you'll still won't be there in 5 years. I guess the 2 years you're "lifting" were bullshit too.
You have no clue what you're talking about. Eat big, train your f**** ass off and MAYBE come back in 10 years.

Lol. You are talking to a woman.

That's exactly what I was thinking some people just don't look up when it's in the ladies lounge lol

omg >.<

one of the trainer in the gym informed me to have lesser carbs intake for me to have a leaner physique, I dont wanna eat big like what you have mentioned coz i think it isnt that good for female to be 'bulky'.
ive been consistently training well for 2 years and the 1st year was bullshit, i admit. so far, my PR for back squat is 60kg, (not bad for me i guess) im still trying my best to be stronger.

a good advise would be appreciated rather than an insult perhaps Blum 3

I have been working out hard 5x a week (isolation)

I'm assuming a body part split? If so, you're training like a male steroid user. Not optimal to say the least, considering your capacity for muscle protein synthesis is considerably lower than a male or a steroid user. Have you considered full body 2-3 times a week?

sarsoora's picture

yes, this is my program:
Sunday-chest +abs;
monday-shoulders +30 cardio;
tuesday- bi and tri + abs
wednesday-legs;
thurdasday-back+abs

my boyfriend is the one who trains me, he is a body builder (he isnt a trainer but he just help me out).
I have tried the full body workout every other day but it seems like my body gets really2 tired that i cant lift well.

I dont know which one is better for me, lighter weight +more reps, or heavier + fewer reps? im really confused, i dont wanna be bulky, i just want to be lean and have bigger legs and glutes.

Your man is training you like you're a steroid user. It's been shown time and time again through science as well as anecdote that body part splits hitting each muscle group once a week is not optimal for natural trainees, much less women. So if you train your shoulders on Monday, muscle protein synthesis for you will probably cease by Tuesday night, if even that considering your dearth of androgen receptors. Then what? Your delts will be lying dormant until you blow the dust off of them next Monday. Not optimal. With full body, you focus on mainly compound lifts that hit multiple muscle groups at once, and track your progress insofar as poundages moved. To further optimize gains so that you don't plateau in strength? Try conjugate training, where you periodize, per one example, strength training with volume training in bi- or tri-weekly blocks. You can periodize your cardio as well.

I dont know which one is better for me, lighter weight +more reps, or heavier + fewer reps

Ready to have your mind blown? There is no "hypertrophy rep range". It does not exist. Your body responds to stumulus, period. This is basic physiology. What is more important than rep ranges is progression. That means improving performance. More weight, more TUT, more reps, more sets, more exercises, adding accommodating resistance, etc, and all these things, again, can and should be periodized long term.

No disrespect to your bf, but he put you on a meathead split, straight up. You're leaving gains on the table with his program. It'll do something, but it is far from optimal. I would strongly suggest reading into peer-reviewed exercise science. The more knowledge you have, the better equipped you'll be.
